I have worked on Alluvio NetIM, which includes NetProfiler and AppResponse. For other products, I am new. I am also pursuing certification on the other products, which is still in progress.
If you contact me after six months, I may have additional experience to share.

Alluvio NetIM has significant room for improvement because the product is still on legacy systems. They need to improve their driver infrastructure. Their default driver needs to be developed. Other solutions have their own drivers, but I am not seeing that in this solution. They need to create a proper driver.
For a product being sold to customers, it must have user-friendly features. Only an expert can utilize Alluvio NetIM effectively. I have been in the observability and monitoring space for the last ten years, and I am still facing issues with this solution. Working in professional services, when I encounter customers, they ask how this will be user-friendly, and honestly, it is not.
Customers need proper training and proper certification to use this tool effectively. Even after training and certification, they can only utilize thirty to forty percent of the functionality. It takes one to two years for them to become proficient. A minimum of one year of experience is required before they can truly utilize this tool.
Additionally, Alluvio NetIM lacks a default driver. Their application map does not work properly on the cloud. More Linux knowledge is required for troubleshooting. If someone is not an expert in Linux, they cannot use this tool effectively. There are many areas for improvement.
I have been in the observability and monitoring solution space for the last ten years.
The technical support for Alluvio NetIM is not great; it is average.
I rate Alluvio NetIM a seven out of ten because of the default driver and interface issues.
