I use Archer Integrated Risk Management as an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution. I use it out of the box for what they provide.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Archer Integrated Risk Management is stable. Customer service is good. The company is very active in its roadmap, developing new solutions and adding functionalities to existing ones within the platform. It also excels in risk assessment capabilities, offering a very typical suite of what's in the market.
What needs improvement?
The user interface, although it has improved over the years, could benefit from more modernizing. There are missing features in risk survey functionalities and the need for stronger dashboarding. The extension to mobile devices is very elementary, and more advanced risk analysis is needed.

How was the initial setup?
The setup process is complex. It is not a straightforward installation like putting a CD in. Being highly customizable and configurable is both a strength and a weakness, as some users prefer an out-of-the-box solution.
What about the implementation team?
The installation requires a team of professionals, not just a single person. It is a dedicated project involving many members.
What was our ROI?
I have realized the benefits I expected, mainly for legal, fiscal, and regulatory reasons.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution is more premium in my opinion. Licensing could always be improved, as with any vendor.
