AWS Elastic Beanstalk Reviews

Our primary use case involves migrating web applications from Microsoft Azure to AWS Elastic Beanstalk. We use it to manage applications running on .NET Core and to handle various environments and versioning requirements.

I find the versioning to be especially valuable on AWS Elastic Beanstalk. There was a situation where we needed to change a part of the application without causing significant downtime, and the versioning feature allowed us to make changes smoothly. 

Overall, AWS Elastic Beanstalk provides an amazing level of flexibility and smooth transitioning for application updates.

The documentation needs to be clearer, particularly relating to editing deployment-manifest.json files before uploading applications. 

Additionally, automating environment changes without requiring a complete rebuild would improve usability. 

Integration with HTTPS via CloudFront should be a built-in feature instead of needing additional configuration.

I have been using AWS Elastic Beanstalk for about two months.

AWS Elastic Beanstalk is very stable, offering ten out of ten stability. When customers come to cloud solutions, they seek stability, and Elastic Beanstalk handles this very well.

AWS Elastic Beanstalk is rated eight out of ten for scalability. Its built-in scalability features, such as load balancing, work well for our purposes. Other AWS services complement its scalability.

I haven’t reached out to technical support. However, the documentation could be improved and is rated around four out of ten.

The initial setup is not difficult, but the lack of clear documentation, especially for ASP.NET Core applications, suggests improvements are needed. Based on the documentation's clarity, I would rate the setup difficulty at seven out of ten.

The pricing is reasonable and largely depends on the architecture and scale that the customer requires. Based on the experiences with existing customers, I rate the expense at about two or three out of ten (with one being the least expensive) for being affordable.

Do not rely solely on documentation and YouTube videos. It is essential to do additional research, which aids in learning more. If not highly skilled in specific applications, users may face challenges. 

I rate AWS Elastic Beanstalk an eight out of ten overall.

I use Elastic Beanstalk to provide the super systems.

The simplicity in the speed of provisioning users is what I like best about Elastic Beanstalk. It's so easy to use Elastic Beanstalk. The automatic scaling feature is fantastic. In general, Elastic Beanstalk has normal pricing.

Maybe the company could create more option packages, such as more bundles of configuration.

The pricing of Elastic Beanstalk is all array. It depends on functionality. In general, Elastic Beanstalk has regular pricing.

I recommend this product to other developers. It's a very important service in the developer's ecosystem.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.
