The solution is basically for endpoint security and, of course, at the server level.

It's a very stable solution.

The product can scale. 

There was a bit of a problem deploying. However, that was resolved. As it is now, we are at the stage of deploying it to the end-users.

Myself, I’ve been using the solution for three months.

The solution is stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn’t crash or freeze. It’s reliable.

The solution can scale well. It’s expandable.

We have approximately 700 users on the solution.

We did struggle with the initial setup.

We deployed the solution on and off. However, the deployment took about three days in total. There were some gaps in between going back and forth with things.

We have about 20 technical people on staff that are able to handle deployment and maintenance.

Someone else handles the licensing. I can’t speak to the exact pricing.

I'm just also getting acquainted with it as this is a new deployment.

I don't work with it directly myself. However, it is used in my company. I’m an end-user.

This solution is so new that it’s hard for me to recommend it just yet. Once I settle with it, then I'd be in a position to offer more insights into how it works.

We are a distributor for Bitdefender in our country and GravityZone is one of the security products that we have experience with.

Bitdefender have improve our Cloud technology knowledge , as for the last 5 years we didn't see any progress in that field from any other vendor here in Egypt.

The most valuable feature is the security( Hyper detect, Sandbox and EDR ). because I think protection is our main target .

I would like to see the capability for remote installation of third party applications added( Like installing WinRar MS Office etc..) , and Firewall for servers.

We have been working with Bitdefender for about five years.

GravityZone is a stable product and we haven't experienced any problems with it over the past five years.

It is easy to scale and it is suitable for organizations from small businesses to enterprise. It can cover a wide range of environments.

We have implemented GravityZone in environments with more than 2,000 users.

We have been in touch with technical support from time to time, although they have been minor issues related to the customer's environment. The support is good and they respond quickly.

We worked with Kaspersky for about 10 years.

I think that in Egypt, the cloud version of Bitdefender is more mature than Kaspersky and the other vendors. It also has more features. However, Kaspersky has remote installation capability for third party applications, which is something that is missing from Bitdefender.

For EDR The on-premises solutions by other vendors have larger hardware requirements than Bitdefender. also Cloud EDR from Bitdefender is 10 min. installation solution with no Hardware requirements. 

The initial setup is straightforward and easy to do, especially if you are using the cloud version. The deployment will take less than 20 minutes for cloud-based installation, and less than one hour for the on-premises appliance.

Our in-house team handles the deployment and maintenance for our customers. One person is suitable for either installation or maintenance in an enterprise-level organization.

We have uploaded videos to our YouTube channel that include helpful details such as the installation steps and our recommended configuration.

As a distributor for Bitdefender , and as feedback from our clients , I think Bitdefender have and a balanced price package which cover their needs without exceeding the budget .

We cannot in precise Calculate the ROI here in Egypt .

There are different packages available that vary in terms of licensing fees. The entry license is called Business Security, which has basic endpoint features like anti-malware, firewall, and device control.

The next level is called Advanced Security, which protects email and virtualized environments. The third level is called Elite, which has more advanced security features. It is a unique engine to deal with attacks on files or memory. It also has a sandbox, which allows you to collect feedback about any application you are running.

The fourth level is called Ultra, which is an EDR solution.

Kaspersky, Sophos , Microsoft and Eset.

My advice for anybody who is considering or implementing this product is to visit our YouTube channel to look for helpful videos on it to see how to preform and easy and fast POC.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

They should improve the solution's patch management feature. Also, they should work on business model encryption.

I work in IT, so I'm an end user and an implementer of Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra for other end users. I'm using the software as an antivirus.

What I like best about Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is its antivirus feature.

The product has many good reviews, and I like how straightforward it is to implement. It's also easy to access and use.

It is also valuable that Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra has many features, such as VPN, web filtering, and email filtering.

What would make Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra better is if Bitdefender employed more firewall policies and added even more features to the product.

It's super easy to set up Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra. The process takes two to three minutes.

The software was easy to set up because my company is an official partner of Bitdefender. I buy Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra for the end user, and then I set up an account for the end user on the Bitdefender site, download the trial, and then put in the license key, and that's it.

The pricing for Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is not that high. It's okay for the service it gives, so I would download it on my personal computer and buy it for myself as a customer.

Apart from the standard licensing fees, there could be extra costs based on the features. Pricing for small businesses and enterprises differs, but another department is responsible for the financial side, so I don't know much about it.

I remembered wanting to sell the Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra family pack but couldn't get the pricing.

I've been working on some projects to find the best solution for different companies to implement suitable firewalls and routers based on various characteristics—for example, applicability, pricing, and functionality. I've been looking into it and saw that a specific product could be better when implemented for a particular industry. For example, it's not worth buying a Palo Alto firewall for a mid-range business when I can integrate Bitdefender or Fortinet.

I'm working with Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra.

I would recommend Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra to others because of its price and features; plus, it's a simple solution, though that's still dependent on your devices and what you want to use it for. The product is okay for personal and mid-range business use, but I'm not sure how it is with large enterprises and government institutions.

I would rate Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra as eight out of ten, but it's not because I have a bad opinion of it. It's because I haven't used it for a long time, and every company has room for improvement, so I'm giving the software the benefit of the doubt.

I primarily use this product for antivirus and anti-malware. It is a next-generation antivirus solution.

I use GravityZone Ultra for conducting threat assessments.

The performance is great.

It's not quite so easy to use, but it's good enough and powerful.

Using this product requires quite a bit of training, which is hard to get. If it were easier to use and there were more training available then it would be helpful.

We have been using GravityZone Ultra for a few months. We installed it this past January.

This product is quite stable in our infrastructure.

It scales well for up to 220 computers. I don't know how it works beyond this point.

In my own company, there are only two of us who use it. Within our clients' companies, there are 98 users. Depending on the economy, our usage of it will grow in the future.

We have been in contact with technical support for one only issue, and it was solved after our second interaction with them.

We used Kaspersky and applications by other vendors. However, we switched away from them because of the licensing issues. The offer that we received from Bitdefender was pretty good.

The installation and initial setup are straightforward. It took us at most 10 days, going from computer to computer.

Price-wise, we have a better licensing agreement with Bitdefender than we did with competing vendors.

Overall, this is a very good solution and if the training were easier to get, then I would give it a perfect score. It is one of the best and well-featured solutions at the moment, and I recommend it.

The solution is an antivirus; it's our endpoint security.

This product is quite stable. I'm satisfied with the performance.

It's a scalable product.

We use this solution for the anti-malware. We intend to replace Bitdefender with Windows Defender gradually. Bitdefender is deployed on all our endpoints.

The most valuable features are the anti-malware and firewall policies. The runtime scans and execution have been beneficial to our business.

Windows Defender is becoming a default component of the Windows operating system. The on-premises setup for Bitdefender sometimes faces issues with connectivity. Management of Windows Defender is a bit easier compared to Bitdefender.

They need to increase their capability to scan cloud services.

I would recommend the cloud version of this solution because it is much more scalable. Bitdefender is a good product but there are other good competitors so it all depends on the use case.

I think the most valuable component of the tool is that the EDR capabilities are integrated already with Bitdefender based on the licensing a user opts for when purchasing the product. The tool's graphical user interface is common and very friendly, making it an overall user-friendly product. With the tool's features, you can easily identify how to work with it.

The improvement of the product is required since I am in the cybersecurity industry, where there are a lot of antivirus solutions that offer just a few advantages or have some disadvantages compared to other products. I want Bitdefender GravityZone EDR to offer better antivirus technology and additional features, especially in areas like DLP.

The product fails to provide guides to its users. In future releases of the product, I want the tool to offer some guides and hands-on training that can guide users who want to learn more about the product without the vendor's help. A guide for the product can help you learn about the tool at your own pace and show you the options you can use in the solution.

I have been using Bitdefender GravityZone EDR for more than two years. I operate as a distributor of different solutions in our company.

When it comes to Bitdefender GravityZone EDR's technical team, the support provided is from Europe, but there is no delay in the support provided to users when it comes to those operating in different time zones across the globe.

In the past, I tested Trellix, Sophos, and WatchGuard, which I also used a little bit. Based on my experience with other tools, I can say that Bitdefender GravityZone EDR is user-friendly. The tool is very easy to understand and learn.

Price-wise, Bitdefender GravityZone EDR is a bit expensive in the Philippines. In the Philippines, users usually want products at a lower price, including cybersecurity products and all the products that are available in the market.

Looking for a comparison between Bitdefender GravityZone EDR and WatchGuard, I visited PeerSpot's website to see if I could get some information or comparisons, along with each product's advantages, disadvantages, pros, and cons.

Though I haven't used the solution to its maximum capacity, I can say that the product offers a good set of features.
