The most valuable feature is that it's very easy to develop the processes and we have been using it for a long time. At that time, no other tool was available, and it was the best product. When we first got it, I don't think it was a Dell product back then. We upgraded to the cloud last year. Today, it's still the best because it's very user-friendly, and the user interface is also very user-friendly. We can easily develop the processes quickly.

We use the administrator to create different interfaces. We developed APIs for specific applications like data validation between systems. We have our own product and base it on the Boomi interfaces that generate this type of data validation.
