| Chief Technology Officer at a tech services company with 51-200 employees | 3.5 | I use Breezy HR for recruitment, valuing its ease of customization. However, I find integration poor and it lacks advanced resume filtering compared to competitors. Despite good stability, I believe it needs to catch up. |
My primary use case of this solution was for recruitment.
Breezy HR is a SaaS product, so it's always updated to the latest version.
A valuable feature is that it provides an easy-to-use and easy-to-configure recruitment process for different roles. It also allows you to customize the recruitment process for different roles, which is very good.
Breezy HR could be improved with better integration. The only drawback I see is that it's a bit disconnected from other online tests or evaluations that we have to do, which means we may need to engage another tool. There is no easy or seamless way to integrate that information, so people have to go back and forth to fill in that information, and we find it a bit disjointed.
Another improvement is in regards to resume filtering. For example, there is no internal solution for being able to score a resume for the relevant skill sets. If we get 100 resumes for a role, how do we stack-rank those files without having to manually read through each of the profiles? There are a few other tools that have embodied those advanced techniques which Breezy doesn't have.
I have been using Breezy HR for almost a year now.
This solution has good stability and performance. This is a SaaS product, so there is no maintenance required.
I'm not sure about the scalability. There are over 100 people in my company using Breezy HR, but it's not continuous usage, since we only use it when we are going through the recruitment process. Even though there are 100 users, it's not 100 concurrent users. We haven't seen any scalability issues in our organization, though.
As far as I know, we haven't had any issues that we've contacted technical support about.
Before implementing Breezy HR, I think we mostly used internal applications.
The initial setup was a pretty simple process, and the deployment was done internally. It took less than a week to get up and running, including training people, onboarding, and everything else.
We implemented this solution through an in-house team.
I rate Breezy a seven out of ten. Breezy HR is a great start to automate the recruitment process, but I think that Breezy needs to catch up to competitors who are doing a lot more advanced stuff.
