We mainly use this solution for training and meetings.

The most valuable feature is AnyConnect's reliability.

In the next release, Cisco should add a chat feature.

I've been using this solution for fifteen to sixteen years.

AnyConnect is more stable than any other VPN connection, in my experience.

AnyConnect is scalable.

Cisco's technical support is pretty good.

I would rate AnyConnect as eight out of ten.

We use the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for all the enterprise VPNs.

Our system is primarily based on a VPN. And then we connect to VPN, and we have three-factor authentication to log into the applications that we work on for development.

One thing I've noticed is the price in comparison to other VPNs.

They can redesign the reset password, reset function, and user interface.

We have been working with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for three years.

I did not have any contact with the technical support as I am from the development team, our internal team handles that.

Our internal team uses Slack for communication.

This GlobalProtect is used on Palo Alto Networks. It assists us in connecting to a gateway. We have access to our applications and not through Okta. We access Okta and use it.

The initial setup is straightforward. In my opinion, it was not complex.

One issue I've encountered is that if you try to connect using a mobile hotspot during a pandemic, you will encounter connectivity issues.

I would rate Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client an eight out of ten.

We use AnyConnect for remote work and we are customers of Cisco. 

The solution is easy to deploy and has good NAC integration.

The GUI really needs to be upgraded. If you want to use the solution, you have to be comfortable with the CLI. In addition, we have quite a lot of bug issues that need to be resolved. 

We've been using this product for over two years. 

AnyConnect is a stable solution.

Cisco technical support is good, they are responsive and act quickly to resolve any issues. 

The initial setup was straightforward. Anyone working from home uses this solution and we have around 1,000 users.

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is good for securing our connection. It is very easy to use, I click to use it and it works.

I have been using the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for approximately two years.

Most of the employees in my company are using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. Anyone in my company that needs access to the internal networks using the solution.

We are a midsized company and we have approximately 100 to 120 people in our Polish company.

I am using the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client every other day. 

We have used other solutions previously. The difference between the solutions is how you need to do to enter the network. There are many differences, they are similar solutions.

My laptop had the solution installed on it by my IT department.

My IT department did the implementation of the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

I am using a paid version of Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

I rate Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client an eight out of ten.

This solution allows me to connect to my office network seamlessly. I have yet to have any issues with it.

This is a secure product that has had zero stability issues since I started using it in 2019.

I would like  to see improvements in regards to the connectivity speed.

The initial setup was very straightforward.

Our in-house IT team installed the product on all of our computers. They were able to handle all of the credentials during the installation of the software so that I just had to set my username and password. The installment required just one person.

We mainly use AnyConnect to link up various internal resources we use in the company like CRM software and email.

Advanced malware protection helps us to prevent any virus from contaminating computers. We also have DLP for prevention. And AnyConnect has a feature that lets us do some sandboxing to evaluate files that arrive from the outside. So before opening them, we can check them with the sandbox.

I think, in general, most of the applications are slow, but this is everyday stuff. I think this is more related to the link speed — the links, the lossage, etc. 

I've been using AnyConnect at this company for four years.

I have been connected with the solution for six to eight hours straight with no problem.

Cisco has a massive portfolio of solutions, and they work together. So as for AnyConnect, I think it does what it's supposed to do, and it can integrate with other solutions. The more application security applications you add to your platform, the more secure it will be. So yes, AnyConnect is scalable. It's robust, and it can grow.

I've never had to call Cisco support about an issue with AnyConnect.

I am not the IT person who installed AnyConnect initially. From my end, I just input the username and the password. That's it. 

I rate AnyConnect nine out of 10. I wouldn't say that it's perfect because I'm not trying to gush too much about the product, but I think it accomplishes its goal. However, there is always space for improvement, so that's what I give it a nine. I'm not sure what it would take to get it to 10, but I recommend it for security. AnyConnect provides a secure connection to your corporate resources. It's secure and simple to deploy. I think it's a very simple product. It does not need too many features because it can initiate the VPN, scan the system, enable ROM security, etc. 

Most of our remote access is through Cisco AnyConnect. It's an onboarding process for us to make sure that we configure a laptop to connect to the client, to go through the client's firewall, and to get on there.

While it's very necessary as a tool, it's very much just set and forget. You don't have to think about it very much. It just works. 

Typically, the initial setup is very easy. 

All I care about is being connected and I know that we've run into versioning issues in the past.

I have used the solution for probably at least five years.

The stability is fine. It's pretty standard, however, it seems like everybody uses Any Connect. It's like a pretty standard thing. It doesn't give anyone any trouble. 

The scalability is okay. I'm able to use it with multiple clients and that element of it's just fine.

I'm not on the IT side and therefore do not really deal with technical support. I can't speak to if they are helpful or responsive. I deal with my IT department. I never deal with Cisco.

The initial setup is usually straightforward. It's not overly difficult. It's all in how things are communicated. If things are communicated in an easy way, then it's not an issue at all.

I have zero exposure when it comes to licensing and costs. I can't speak to how much the solution is. 

We're just a client and an end-user.

The solution is client-driven. We tend to work with different versions.

I'd advise users to have it installed as a standard app in your environment and establish it as a standard to connect to your clients or your vendors. Just make sure you put a policy in place.

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. We've been happy with how it has worked for us overall. 

Our primary use case for Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is VPN. 

I'm just a basic user, so I don't know how I would answer this question.

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client would be perfect if it weren't for the fingerprint feature. I don't know how it will read my fingerprint on my computer. 

I have had a VPN for eight years, but I'm not sure whether we have had Cisco AnyConnect the entire time.

I think Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is stable.
