Though providing reliable storage and enhanced security via SSL encryption, it faces performance issues affecting customer trust. Despite real-time backup benefits, scalability is limited. Integration with AWS could improve, requiring better S3 compatibility and advanced security features like two-factor authentication. Prolonged downtimes and database issues further impact its value.
