Easy to use, efficient marketing automation and CRM tool
AI is upcoming, so for reporting and dashboarding, it would be nice to have some AI integrated into the system. Overall, some AI features can be added. For example, I can ask, like, we have imported conversion rates, and you can ask like, "What is the trend of the conversion of the last half year?" So, more on a reporting side you can get those kinds of AI skills. Not that you have to download an Excel and put it into another AI system to do the analysis, but that it would be possible to do it on its own.

Has enabled seamless integration across platforms while supporting advanced analytics for customer insights
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it. A lot of custom work is needed if you have to integrate heterogeneous technologies with the Microsoft suite, but if you are using the Microsoft suite, then it's quite seamless. Microsoft Dynamics CRM should add commercial models that allow smaller companies to use it because it can get pretty expensive. Better commercial options for smaller implementations may be helpful. There should be commercial options for smaller companies, as the overheads and costs of Dynamics can be quite high.

Pros

"ActiveCampaign is for medium-sized companies is the better solution because it’s way less complex than the other solutions."

"The solution is easy to use and stable. It offers a 360-degree view of your customers. It allows you to track interactions, giving you full visibility into customer habits and behavior"
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM has the same features as Salesforce CRM, but what I like about the solution is that it's customizable. It's also one of the top-rated CRMs in the market. I also like that the coverage system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is very, very broad, which means you can do a lot with it versus what you can do with Salesforce CRM."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that it is a low-code platform and we can perform business process management."
"The most valuable features are the integration capabilities with other third-party software. It has an easy user interface and in terms of security, it has permission-based access for different users."
"The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are the accessibility of the service because we can access it either in the office or when we're out in the field."
"It integrates well with other Microsoft products."
"Compared to other partners, the most valuable aspect of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its intuitive APIs, which are customizable and allow for the addition of multiple parameters and attributes. This feature enhances the purpose call in our services. Additionally, the learning curve for contact center agents using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is shorter than with other solution providers. Finally, the commercial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are superior to those of other solution providers."

Cons
