Easy to use, efficient marketing automation and CRM tool
AI is upcoming, so for reporting and dashboarding, it would be nice to have some AI integrated into the system. Overall, some AI features can be added. For example, I can ask, like, we have imported conversion rates, and you can ask like, "What is the trend of the conversion of the last half year?" So, more on a reporting side you can get those kinds of AI skills. Not that you have to download an Excel and put it into another AI system to do the analysis, but that it would be possible to do it on its own.

Has streamlined customer interaction tracking but the pricing structure needs more flexibility
The biggest constraint with HubSpot CRM is their pricing. Their per-user pricing is on the higher side, and most of their enterprise contracts require a minimum one-year guarantee for any enterprise agreement. Because we are using a free module of HubSpot CRM, we certainly see some value in it. We have been willing to pay HubSpot CRM money in the past. We certainly see an ROI out of that. The constraint is that they require a year-long commitment of minimum number of users. Our number of users is lesser than the commitment that they require. They require minimum five users to be signed into HubSpot CRM. Normally within the organization, there are only two or three people who use it. From that point of view, the seat cost and annual commitment are some of the things where we currently don't see a lot of value in using it.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"ActiveCampaign is for medium-sized companies is the better solution because it’s way less complex than the other solutions."
"We can track clients through the system, which is a great feature. It supports cross-functional teams."
"It's highly reliable, and the flexibility it offers is noteworthy."
"HubSpot's customer service is excellent and fast."
"It's fairly simple to use. For configuration, it provides quite a bit of information to the salespeople at the fingertips."
"The best feature in HubSpot CRM for us is the custom objects that we integrated. This allows us to include more information on the contact profile, company profile, and other details, making it easier for our staff to have all the necessary information before contacting our customers.Additionally, having all this information in a centralized place is highly beneficial for us."
"The interface is good."
"The feature that I find valuable is the customer 360-degree view and the marketing automation."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."

Cons

"AI is upcoming, so for reporting and dashboarding, it would be nice to have some AI integrated into the system."
"There is no option to remove duplicate constant contacts."
"Invoices were the thing we were thinking should be part of the solution, and that's been added now."
"We had a problem with the tool’s stability once."
"HubSpot CRM could improve by reducing the price."
"The response time is slow. It takes time for them to come back with solutions."
"Ease of use is the most essential feature for us. HubSpot is intuitive, so you can learn everything just by exploring and trying it out yourself. The user interface is straightforward, and it's easy to pick that up."
"We found that automated emails were challenging to manage in the tool. While the feature allows you to create dynamic email templates, it was difficult to tweak and fetch data associated with different objects, such as contacts and custom objects."
"The only challenge with the solution is that it captures data in a raw manner, so organizing that information is still left to the administrator or the user, and they need to organize it into structured fields."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The development costs are lower because you don’t have to have consultants changing and all that stuff."
"There are a few licensing payment models, such as annual or monthly. The solution is modular, which means that if you need a specific capability or function within the organization, you can purchase it specifically and you don't have to purchase something that is only utilized by 20 percent of the organization."
"The pricing is in a midrange if you line up the marketing tools."
"It's in the upper range. If 10 represents the most expensive, I'd rate it a 7 out of 10. Its price also depends on the size of your team."
"The price of HubSpot CRM is expensive."
"We use a paid version of Hubspot and we have an annual license."
"I do not recall the particulars of the licensing fees."
"HubSpot CRM has a free version, which is why small companies prefer it. The paid version of this software needs to be priced better."
"HubSpot CRM is affordable."
