Interview workflows have been streamlined and insights are now generated much faster
Probably the best features Alida offers are the possibility to calculate, to analyze feedback, and calculate insights. The possibility to create an automatically dashboard stands out to me when I mention analyzing feedback and calculating insights. Alida is well integrated with the AWS ecosystem, in particular with Bedrock, which makes it easier to use. Alida has impacted my organization positively so far; it is really easy to conduct interviews and it allows us to save a lot of time. I think we can save more than 50% of time for each interview using Alida.

Facilitating data-driven decisions with powerful reporting and case management
The most valuable features are case management and reporting. The Unified-CXM Platform also helps in data aggregation and offers the capability to export data in different formats and integrate it with common CRMs like Microsoft 360 or Salesforce. Additionally, the ability to manage access to the data and ensure visibility to third parties is quite beneficial. The solution allows me to take data-driven decisions and identify gaps within the business by collecting and labeling data extensively.
