Local billing and data hosting have reduced costs but collaboration features still need improvement
Zoho Mail is not as mature as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Zoho Mail does not have the capabilities that Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have, especially in terms of collaboration. There is no collaborating tool, and you cannot set up meetings.Regarding the Zoho Mail calendar, you cannot easily set up a meeting in Zoho Mail. If you are setting up a meeting, you would use Google Meet and then copy the details of your meeting into the Zoho Mail calendar. Similarly, if you want to set up a Microsoft 365 meeting, you would do the same thing. Zoho Mail calendar is basically there for you to block your calendar so that it can set a reminder for your meeting. However, I do not see them using it as a collaboration tool to set up meetings with customers, colleagues, or partners.
