Support team is available and answers all the questions and it is also free which is good for personal projects
The very first thing that I really like about it is the support team. They're really available on Discord, and they answer all of your questions. I think it's free for personal projects unless you want to go to production. I haven't really used it that much, but the features that I have used so far, I have no issues with them.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The high precision of information extraction is the most valuable feature."
"The product's initial setup phase was pretty easy."
"The product is easy to integrate with our IT workflow."
"The solution has a very drag-and-drop environment. Instead of coding something from scratch or understanding any concept in extensive depth before deployment, this is good. Plus, they have an auto dataset, which means you can choose any dataset they have instead of providing your own. So that's also pretty nice."
"The most valuable feature of Azure OpenAI stems from the GPT-3.5 models it provides to its users."
"We can use the solution to implement our tasks and models quickly."
"The most valuable feature is the ALM."
"The most valuable features include analyzing comments and preparing requests for customers, making emails easier and faster."
"The very first thing that I really like about it is the support team. They're really available on Discord, and they answer all of your questions."

Cons

"There could be an ability to generate visual data, such as architecture diagrams."
"There are no available updates of information that are currently provided."
"There is room for improvement in their support services."
"I have found the tool unreliable in certain use cases. I aim to enhance the system's latency, particularly in responding to calls. Occasionally, calls don't respond, so I want to improve reliability."
"Since we don't train the model on our data, it's a struggle to ensure OpenAI answers questions exclusively from our data. During user testing, we found ways to make the system provide answers from outside sources."
"Azure needs to work on its own model development and improve the integration of voice-to-text services, particularly for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Urdu."
"The fine-tuning of models with the use of Azure OpenAI is an area with certain shortcomings currently, and it can be considered for improvement in the future."
"We encountered challenges related to question understanding."
"Cohere has text generation. I think it is mainly focused on AI search. If there was a way to combine the searches with images, I think it would be nice to include that."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution's pricing depends on the services you will deploy."
"If you consider the long-term aspect of any project, Azure OpenAI is a costly solution."
"The pricing is acceptable, and it's delivering good value for the results and outcomes we need."
"Regarding pricing and licensing, it's a bit complex due to the minimum purchase requirement for PTO units. We're evaluating the best approach between PTE and pay-as-you-go models. Our organization is cautious about committing to PTE due to the fixed bandwidth reservation, while pay-as-you-go doesn't offer enough flexibility. We're discussing these matters with legal teams to ensure compliance and data security."
"The solution's pricing is normal worldwide but expensive in Turkey because Turkey's currency is different."
"The cost structure depends on the volume of data processed and the computational resources required."
"We started with monthly payments, but we plan to switch to yearly billing once we've stabilized our solution."
"While the product meets our business requirements well, I consider it relatively expensive, especially for individual users like myself."
