I think it's the it it also has has evolved quite a bit over the last few years, and Google Cloud folks have been getting, more and more services. But I think from a improvement standpoint, so maybe they can look at adding more algorithms, so adding more AI algorithms to their suite.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The product's initial setup phase was pretty easy."
"The document intelligence feature has significantly aided in our operations, facilitating the creation of descriptive content."
"The most valuable features include analyzing comments and preparing requests for customers, making emails easier and faster."
"The solution has a very drag-and-drop environment. Instead of coding something from scratch or understanding any concept in extensive depth before deployment, this is good. Plus, they have an auto dataset, which means you can choose any dataset they have instead of providing your own. So that's also pretty nice."
"My goal was to create an experience where project managers don't have to read through entire documents. Instead, they can ask a question and receive relevant point analysis. This analysis identifies the document and specific section where the information resides. Previously, users had to rely on these document references. Now, Azure OpenAI enhances the experience by providing the answer directly in the user's own language, relevant to their context."
"Its ability to understand and respond well to queries, including language translation for clients, is beneficial."
"I would rate it a nine out of ten."
"The most crucial aspect is the conversational capability, where you can simply ask questions, and it provides answers based on your content and documents, particularly tailored to your specific environment."
"On GCP, we are exposing our API services to our clients so that they send us their information. It can be single individual records or it can be a batch of their clients."
"I think the user interface is quite handy, and it is easy to use as compared to the other cloud platforms."
"Some of the valuable features are the vast amount of services that are available, such as load balancer, and the AI architecture."
"A range of a a wide range of algorithms, EIM voice mails, which can be plugged in right away into your solution into into into our solution, and then have platform that provides know, to to come up with an operational solution really quick."
"The feedback left about these tools was really helpful and informative for us"
"The initial setup is very straightforward."
"I have seen measurable benefits from Google Cloud AI Platform."
"The platform's Google Vision API is particularly valuable."

Cons

"There could be an ability to generate visual data, such as architecture diagrams."
"Maybe with the next release, the response will be more precise and more human-like."
"One major drawback of Azure OpenAI is its availability, as it's not consistently accessible for effective use."
"The solution's response is a bit slow sometimes."
"I faced one issue with Azure OpenAI: My customer wanted more clarity on the pricing. They were not able to get proper answers from the documentation or the pricing calculator. I suggest that Microsoft maintain standardization in the pricing details published in the documentation and the pricing calculator."
"The fine-tuning of models with the use of Azure OpenAI is an area with certain shortcomings currently, and it can be considered for improvement in the future."
"Azure OpenAI is not available in all regions, and its technical support should be improved."
"Azure needs to work on its own model development and improve the integration of voice-to-text services, particularly for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Urdu. The accuracy in these languages requires improvement."
"Improvements in text extraction accuracy and pricing adjustments would be helpful."
"The technical support from Google is not very fast. I think it is about a five out of ten even though they have courses online where I can learn a lot, if I really need support, I have to wait a very long time."
"The solution can be improved by simplifying the process to make your own models."
"The model management on Google Cloud AI Platform could be better."
"It could be more clear, and sometimes there are errors that I don't quite understand."
"At first, there were only the user-managed rules to identify the best attributes of the individual. Then, we came up with a truth set and developed different machine learning models with the help of that truth set, so now it's completely machine learning."
"I think it's the it it also has has evolved quite a bit over the last few years, and Google Cloud folks have been getting, more and more services. But I think from a improvement standpoint, so maybe they can look at adding more algorithms, so adding more AI algorithms to their suite."
