Unified data platform has improved regulatory compliance but still needs better integration features
It is difficult to say about Azure Stack improvement because I need to revisit and study it again. The pricing is okay, but on the services side, perhaps we need to think about some services, not all. I would not like to see any additional features in the future. To give them more like a 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10, I think they need to improve on the interface, implementation, configuration, and integration with other products, so I rate them an eight. As compared to AWS, they need to add more features. I would like to see operations and storage features, like AI features or security features.

Helps to run simulations and create prototypes which reduces the costs
HPC's neutral configuration is not difficult. The tool's deployment depends on your understanding of its architecture and use cases. I rate it a three out of five. A regular cluster will take two weeks to set up. OEMs helped us with the physical hardware installation. Once the cluster was running, our team configured the software and networks.

"The solution is easy to use, especially for individuals who are not familiar with coding and has security built-in."
"The most valuable feature is the OCR, which I use for reading PDFs."
"The most valuable features are related to managing Kubernetes cluster nodes."
"It is very easy to learn and apply to other things."
"The best thing about this product is that it is user-friendly and intuitive."
"When we engage Azure Stack, it's very easy to lift and shift. That's why we've been successful because we can be clear and fast in understanding workflows from the customer."
"Our customers can publish scientific reports in prestigious magazines. HPC offers strong computing capabilities."
"HPC speeds up delivery time and reduces costs. It comes with the capability and flexibility to understand how engineering products work. You can understand the outcome without spending time and money."

Cons

"The technical support team's response time needs improvement."
"It might be beneficial if Microsoft could introduce a more cost-effective data lake feature within their product."
"It should be improved in terms of integrations. It could be integrated more with external tools."
"The way this solution gives you steps to follow to remediate vulnerability is not very well done."
"It's not stable as IBM solutions. It fully supports all the .NET solutions, but our main applications are based in Java. So in those cases, we've had some minor problems with Azure, but Microsoft always says that it can handle this stuff."
"Azure Stack could use some improvement when it comes to seamless support for disaster recovery scenarios of higher availability regarding multi-regions."
"One aspect that I consider a drawback is the cost associated with Azure Stack, as its deployment expenses tend to be on the higher side compared to other solutions."
"I would like to see the AI side come to one hundred percent in the near future."
"There was a buzz around the integration of quantum computing and HPC. However, I don't see a real-life use case for it."
"The solution is expensive."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The premium version is too costly."
"I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten, with ten being expensive."
"The pricing falls in the middle. It serves as a mediator between being expensive and being affordable, but it's not exactly cheap either. I would rate it a six out of ten."

"The tool is affordable."
"The licensing costs are expensive."
"The product is expensive, but it is fine for the value that the solution produces."
