Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

User-friendly interface simplifies management while performance issues during scanning need addressing
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. It stands out as an antivirus and malware protection solution due to its extensive feeds and resources for antivirus signatures. These capabilities enable effective malware protection. Additionally, it offers scalability as any endpoint added to Active Directory can be easily integrated by Kaspersky Security Center. Its straightforward deployment and ease of management are other valuable features. It does not require an advanced engineer to manage, and resources are readily available online, making it accessible and scalable.

Pros

"It is very easy to configure and deploy."
"The product offers an opportunity to monitor the things happening in our network. It also has a comprehensive dashboard."
"Protection is the most valuable feature."
"The solution is very scalable."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security has a lot of telemetry that allows me to really see what's going on with the device."
"The product provides a single dashboard."
"The installation is easy and it takes approximately a few hours. We are deploying it from a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool. All you need to do is click on it and the installation is complete."
"It takes lesser energy from the system than the rest. So, we tried it for five years, and it works quite well. So we have continued with it. And the pricing is competitive as well."
"Kaspersky is an excellent choice for enterprise security. It supports Windows 10 and earlier versions like Windows 7, ensuring compatibility across various Windows operating systems used by our organization."
"The most valuable features for us include data security, as well as web browsing and password management security measures."
"It has improved our performance and deployment."
"It has a very good firewall, which lets you isolate your devices depending on the groups."
"The malware threat detection has been excellent overall."
"We use the solution for endpoint protection, virus detection, and centralized administration."
"As far as it functions, it works fine."
"Ability to specify the level of protection on devices,"

Cons

"I like the Application Control feature, but it's a bit tricky. Managing it can be a bit cumbersome sometimes."
"The connection with the controller needs improvement. Some connections are currently unstable."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security could improve the RDP, I have problems sometimes."
"There is room for improvement in CPU utilization."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"Areas for improvement include signature update management and selecting the respective features on the endpoint side."
"It slows down the system sometimes, and it has the occasional false positive where it deems something a virus when it isn't."
"The company needs to keep developing more security measures to help keep its customers safe. If they could keep adding to security features, it would be ideal."
"I might have the best product in the market. But if it's not properly configured, then I'm losing many of these features. I'm not getting the most out of them. And this is actually one of the biggest challenges that we're facing."
"We need a more complete Mobile Device Management (MDM) system."
"This product could be improved by integration with Linux. The one limitation this product has is that it's not compatible with and doesn't offer protection for Linux servers. It could also be easier to configure."
"I would like to see integration to many different systems easier."
"The cloud needs to be more robust. We have 1,500 users and Kaspersky has issues handling them. It's a problem."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"You don't have to pay extra after buying the product."
"We pay for an annual license which is affordable."
"The solution is reasonable and is nominally priced in accordance with the features that offer to the market."
"The product's pricing is okay and it is yearly."
"In India, licensing is based on annual contracts. It's not extremely expensive, but not the cheapest either. I'd rate it somewhere around seven or eight out of ten."
"Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant."
"The license is yearly."
"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is not an expensive solution."
"We have an annual license and there is a fee per device used. The price is fair compared to the latest EDR solution."
"The price of this solution is affordable and there is only a standard license required."
"We have approximately 700 licenses for this solution and we pay annually."
"We have a yearly license, and the pricing is fine."
"The tool is too expensive compared to other products."
"I would rate the tool's pricing a six out of ten. You need to pay extra costs for additional modules. The product's licensing costs are yearly."
"Its price is on par with other products. It might even be slightly cheaper. There are no additional costs."
