Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Pros

"The solution is very scalable."
"The product offers an opportunity to monitor the things happening in our network. It also has a comprehensive dashboard."
"We use patch management to keep our software up-to-date, significantly mitigating our risk of vulnerabilities. We're confident that Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security will either already know about new threats and have updated our machines, or they'll advise us quickly on mitigating them until an update is available."
"The domain integrator functionality is particularly noteworthy, allowing me to leverage my existing network infrastructure."
"Security for malware and threats is the most valuable feature."
"The tool has a firewall module to control traffic. It also has a feature to map incidents and provide information about attackers and the environment."
"It is perfectly stable. We haven't received any complaints from customers regarding stability or performance. It's been smooth sailing so far."
"In terms of threat detection, I would give it a ten out of ten since Bitdefender manages to catch threats that other products miss."
"Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Suites has an inbuilt auto scan facility."
"The multi-tenancy feature is beneficial for managing different customers, allowing for efficient handling across various tenants."
"The load balancer feature is excellent."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is the ease of deployment."
"We use the solution for endpoint protection, malware detection, and detecting unsafe web access."
"The most important feature is behaviour detection."
"Trend Micro effectively detects and blocks NAS devices and identifies potential threats."
"The solution offers a comprehensive solution that includes antivirus, malware protection, ransomware protection, web filtering, and device control features. It provides networking capabilities, making it a robust solution for comprehensive security needs."

Cons

"The dashboard can be improved."
"Machines with low memory and CPU may experience slow performance."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"The security features as per customers' requirements should be improved."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"There is room for improvement in CPU utilization."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big. What I mean is the initial file I download to deploy on end-user devices is about six hundred to seven hundred megabytes, and it should be scaled down to an agent size of maybe less than one hundred megabytes, max."
"The EDR part of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"The solution’s scalability is limited."
"Trend Micro should improve its Worry-Free Services Suites, particularly the agent for Windows operating systems."
"The pricing of Trend Micro is a little bit higher compared to Sophos."
"Trend Micro Worry-Free Sevices Suits' pricing remains a concern for our non-profit organization. Despite receiving some discounts, we find the pricing on the higher side."
"Network vulnerability scanning could be improved."
"The licensing aspect seems costly, and the license cost increases yearly, which is a concern for us."
"The log management feature needs to be improved, specifically, the ability to send logs from the console via API."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price is fair."
"The tool's pricing structure is good. We use an annual subscription."
"The tool is not expensive and pricing is competitive."
"It has very flexible licensing costs, and it's modular-based."
"You don't have to pay extra after buying the product."
"The solution is reasonable and is nominally priced in accordance with the features that offer to the market."
"Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant."
"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"I rate the tool's pricing a five out of ten."
"We pay a yearly licensing fee for the solution, which is too expensive."
"The product is available at a very good price point."
