Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

"The most valuable features of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security are remote administration and deployment, comprehensive firewall protection, malware protection, and antivirus."
"It takes lesser energy from the system than the rest. So, we tried it for five years, and it works quite well. So we have continued with it. And the pricing is competitive as well."
"The installation is easy and it takes approximately a few hours. We are deploying it from a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool. All you need to do is click on it and the installation is complete."
"Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running."
"It is perfectly stable. We haven't received any complaints from customers regarding stability or performance. It's been smooth sailing so far."
"GravityZone provides information about over-the-air data flow, standalone application security, and the infrastructure architecture required to meet the standalone security requirements of the complete SaaS infrastructure."
"Overall, I rate GravityZone ten out of ten for its functionality and support."
"GravityZone Business Security is an important part of our security stack."
"The initial setup of Bitdefender GravityZone Elite is easy."

Cons

"There are compatibility concerns as Bitdefender does not support Windows 7."
"My main concern is that it's a bit heavy for some devices. Like Kaspersky or McAfee, it uses more RAM or memory. Similar to that, it causes issues for users and their own resources, similar to that. If you deploy on old legacy devices with only 1GB of RAM, then it could be a problem."
"The tool needs to improve patch and vulnerability management."
"I think it would be helpful if I could get a live console directly on the machine. Additionally, if I could run scripts on the machines to respond to any incidents, that would be a great feature."
"The price has increased marginally recently and I would prefer if they didn't raise rates."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"The firewall capabilities could benefit from an upgrade since it lacks a high level of granularity and control."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big."
"The initial setup of Bitdefender GravityZone Elite was a little complex. It's not for the average home user. You need to know what you're doing and understand what you're doing. During the deployment, it took us approximately an hour and a half to understand fully the way we wanted it to be set up, and then from there, it wasn't too bad."
"Upgrades are heavy and require back up, making you feel like you're doing a fresh installation of this solution. Configuration can also be quite tedious if you want it to be configured based on your needs."
"The reporting functionality is quite minimal, and there are no alerts available. We are missing email encryption capabilities. We’ve also faced a few minor issues with the solution’s scalability."
"There could be more security features included in the product."
"The support from Bitdefender GravityZone Elite could be better."
"From an MSP point of view, it is not as efficient as I would like."
"When you have to change some of the settings, the initial setup can become complicated."
"Technical support could always be improved."
