Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable features of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security are remote administration and deployment, comprehensive firewall protection, malware protection, and antivirus."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security has a lot of telemetry that allows me to really see what's going on with the device."
"What I appreciate most about Bitdefender are its web content filtering, blocking malicious sites, and its ability to thwart brute force attacks on open ports."
"I like its unified interface, which also helps you scan Outlook email, for example. Multiple products can be standardized across endpoints or the EDR solution, and the integrations with SIEMs."
"We find the protection the solution provides valuable."
"The product provides a single dashboard."
"You will always have a backup copy of any policy the Bitdefender user defines."
"The risk analytics capability is excellent because the central console is very good."
"The monitoring dashboards are absolutely amazing, providing a lot of fine details about all activities."
"The monitoring dashboards are absolutely amazing, providing a lot of fine details about all activities."
"My client feels protected by it, which is important to me."
"GravityZone is very light on PCs and offers excellent threat detection capabilities, notably through its anti-malware and anti-virus features."
"GravityZone Business Security is an important part of our security stack."
"I like that the tool is a bit simple to use. In terms of handling phishing and rate mitigation, it is quite good. The product is stable. I rate it a perfect ten. The solution is scalable. I rate it an eight out of ten, with ten being the highest. The initial setup is straightforward. I have seen a return on investment."
"Offers network security protection. Management and maintenance of this solution is easy."
"The product provides endpoint visibility and portal updates, which are very helpful."

Cons

"I think it would be helpful if I could get a live console directly on the machine. Additionally, if I could run scripts on the machines to respond to any incidents, that would be a great feature."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"My main concern is that it's a bit heavy for some devices. Like Kaspersky or McAfee, it uses more RAM or memory. Similar to that, it causes issues for users and their own resources, similar to that. If you deploy on old legacy devices with only 1GB of RAM, then it could be a problem."
"Overall, Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is quite good. It always has new features which customers can use for free, so I can't say that something is missing in the solution, though one area for improvement is that the cloud version of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security still can't connect to a central SIEM. The on-premises version has that capability, but the cloud version doesn't."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big."
"Sometimes the response from Technical Support takes more time than usual because level three support is not in Brazil."
"The initial setup should be made easier."
"The initial setup of Bitdefender GravityZone Elite was a little complex. It's not for the average home user. You need to know what you're doing and understand what you're doing. During the deployment, it took us approximately an hour and a half to understand fully the way we wanted it to be set up, and then from there, it wasn't too bad."
"If an enterprise already has existing security features or products, GravityZone Business Security could integrate with them. This will make it a cost-effective solution without replacing their current setup."
"From an administration perspective, the tool lacks functionalities related to RMM and MDM. The tool should offer add-ons, like RMM and MDM."
"The support from Bitdefender GravityZone Elite could be better."
"While GravityZone is comprehensive, it can sometimes prevent the execution of local-made programs, resulting in false alarms."
"Its performance can be better. It doesn't work very well for ransomware. That's why we are trying to evaluate other products."
"While GravityZone is comprehensive, it can sometimes prevent the execution of local-made programs, resulting in false alarms."
"There could be more security features included in the product."
