Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Reduces the time to detect and respond with moderate pricing
The centralized control feature is excellent. It provides a user-friendly interface for managing items and active endpoints, making it easy for central managers to control the network. I recommend it, but we need some documentation or a presentation from Seqrite. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is perfectly stable. We haven't received any complaints from customers regarding stability or performance. It's been smooth sailing so far."
"The fact that it is almost plug and play means the policies I have to define are not very complicated."
"What I appreciate most about Bitdefender are its web content filtering, blocking malicious sites, and its ability to thwart brute force attacks on open ports."
"Security for malware and threats is the most valuable feature."
"Protection is the most valuable feature."
"The risk analytics capability is excellent because the central console is very good."
"The installation is easy and it takes approximately a few hours. We are deploying it from a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool. All you need to do is click on it and the installation is complete."
"In terms of threat detection, I would give it a ten out of ten since Bitdefender manages to catch threats that other products miss."
"The solution installs very easily."
"Seqrite has significantly reduced the time it takes to detect and respond."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in CPU utilization."
"The live monitoring service from Bitdefender's center is expensive and has room for improvement."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"There are compatibility concerns as Bitdefender does not support Windows 7."
"Sometimes the response from Technical Support takes more time than usual because level three support is not in Brazil."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"The lack of detecting security threats and high memory usage need to be improved."
"The dashboard can be improved."
"The security is too week and needs improvement."
"The solution should focus on security, documentation, and simplicity for beginners."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We purchase the solution for three or five-year intervals. We paid approximately $150 for 10 to 15 users."
"The product's pricing is okay and it is yearly."
"The pricing is reasonable when I compare it to other security solutions, particularly Kaspersky, it stands out. It offers an excellent solution at a more favorable price point."
"The solution is reasonable and is nominally priced in accordance with the features that offer to the market."
"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant."
"We pay for an annual license which is affordable."
"The tool's pricing structure is good. We use an annual subscription."
