Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Provides a secure and hassle-free environment
One area where Norton 360 could improve is the constant push for upselling. The notifications urging me to buy additional services, like dark web monitoring or a secure browser, can be overwhelming. It feels like they are trying to sell me more than I actually need. I would prefer a more straightforward approach where essential features are included in the base license without constant prompts to purchase extras. While notifications about actions taken for my security are good, they could be more informative, letting me know exactly what they did to protect me without the upsell pitches. Simplifying the user experience and providing clearer information about the actions taken would make Norton 360 more user-friendly for me.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is very easy to configure and deploy."
"Virus scan and the ability to remotely install are valuable features. Being able to manage everything in one place and set different policies and rules for different computer types are very useful features. It also has ransomware protection. It is very simple to use, and it is very effective."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security has a lot of telemetry that allows me to really see what's going on with the device."
"The solution is very scalable."
"The installation is easy and it takes approximately a few hours. We are deploying it from a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool. All you need to do is click on it and the installation is complete."
"The most valuable feature is the IDS."
"I find Bitdefender to be very light. When we were using the other versions, users would complain that they would make the computers slow. But since we have deployed Bitdefender, we haven't had that."
"The features I found most valuable in Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security include anti-malware, spyware detection, firewall, network detection, and user behavior analytics. The solution also gives you a heads-up about operating system misconfiguration."
"Norton 360 offers the best defense compared to other low-priced antivirus solutions. Its most valuable feature is storage and automatic backup. You can restore materials from the tool's cloud backup. It is encrypted with authentication."
"The product’s valuable feature is the availability of support services 24/7."
"The solution has good performance."
"It efficiently scans for threats without causing disruptions, unlike some other antivirus software."
"The performance is fine."
"The solution detects viruses very, very fast."
"The most valuable feature of Norton 360 has been its robust notification system."
"The product offers all the essential licenses compatible with Windows, Mac OS, and mobile platforms."

Cons

"The security features as per customers' requirements should be improved."
"They've got all this training that's available, but it involves stuff that doesn't really encompass the solution as a whole."
"The live monitoring service from Bitdefender's center is expensive and has room for improvement."
"The connection with the controller needs improvement. Some connections are currently unstable."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"Sometimes the response from Technical Support takes more time than usual because level three support is not in Brazil."
"The firewall capabilities could benefit from an upgrade since it lacks a high level of granularity and control."
"The risk management tool does not have reporting, which I feel to be a huge mistake."
"One area where Norton 360 could improve is the constant push for upselling."
"The updates must be less frequent."
"The product should be improved with more storage. Though included in its price, the tool's auto VPN doesn't work at times."
"The tool should be easily available in the market and should be cheaper."
"The integration with Android devices needs enhancement."
"The solution’s stability could be improved."
"Norton 360’s features for device optimization could be better."
"I would like to see Norton 360 improve the speed of its cloud backup."

"The product's pricing is okay and it is yearly."
"We purchase the solution for three or five-year intervals. We paid approximately $150 for 10 to 15 users."
"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"Good in terms of pricing and flexibility."
"The price is fair."
"The general basic price is roughly $1.20 for a license with Bitdefender."

"The tool has a yearly licensing."
"The price is fairly acceptable."
"The solution is cost-effective."
"During procurement, we discovered that acquiring licenses in packages or bundles, such as the one for 20 users, was more cost-effective than individual licenses."
