Unified vulnerability data has reduced risk and currently cuts duplicate tools and license costs

Seemplicity can be improved by adding additional graphs and charts that make it easier to do trending over time. I had to do some of that manually via manual reports, but Seemplicity already has a feature request for this. Seemplicity has done a pretty good job of keeping up with integrations. One gap that I identified and that Seemplicity is trying to fill now is having a complete end-to-end mapping. Seemplicity currently looks at the external attack surface using tools like Censys, and then looks at the internal side, examining what is in AWS and other clouds using CSPM. However, there is not anything that currently ties a property on the outside to a system on the inside, especially when you have additional security layers like web application firewalls that actually mitigate the risk.

Vulnerability insights have reduced exposure and guide my team to prioritize remediation effectively

The best features of CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management are vulnerability management and providing remediation for the vulnerabilities, continuously doing external scanning on my IPs, and also reporting vulnerabilities on them. It speeds things up for my team because CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management continuously looks for vulnerabilities on my endpoints and servers as well as my external IPs, and then my team is able to use the report to take action on them, either remediate them or patch them. CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management has increased and improved my security posture, and my open vulnerability count is now at a minimum due to the effectiveness of it. My monthly vulnerabilities have come down by around 80% on a regular basis. Within CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management, it gives a good overview; the dashboard is pretty helpful because it breaks down vulnerabilities based on severity, remediation, and which are actionable. My team is able to use that information to take action on a regular basis. CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management's exposure management dashboard provides much detail and insights into the vulnerabilities that are identified as well as what the root cause is for the vulnerability on the affected endpoint, and also provides remediation steps. I find it very useful, and my team does as well. CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management does a really good job in identifying vulnerabilities as well as breaking it down by severity as well as available remediations. It improves my security stack as well as my security posture.

Has become an indispensable tool in our cybersecurity arsenal

While Zafran Security is already a powerful tool, there are areas where it could be further improved to provide even greater value. One key area for enhancement is the searching capabilities within its vulnerabilities module. By incorporating the ability to create Boolean searches, users would gain the ability to apply more complex filters and customize their search criteria. This would greatly enhance the precision and efficiency with which security teams can identify and prioritize vulnerabilities. Having such tailored search capabilities would save time and resources by narrowing down vast lists of vulnerabilities to those that meet specific parameters relevant to our unique risk environment. Additionally, integrating more robust reporting and visualization tools would be advantageous. Enhanced dashboards that offer customizable visual representations of risk configurations and threat landscapes would facilitate better communication with stakeholders, making it easier to explain vulnerabilities and the rationale behind certain security measures. This would also aid in demonstrating the improvements and value derived from existing security investments to leadership and non-technical team members.
