Easy to set up, simple to use, and quite secure
We primarily use the solution for a personal secondary backup The solution is easy to use. So far, the performance has been good.  It offers a very easy setup. The integration capabilities have been good. It's very stable and quite secure.  I cannot speak to any particular areas of improvement.…

The support for the PAM product is not very prompt. Unlike other Manager products that provide remote assistance or support, for PAM, users have to log a case first and may receive a reply in one or two days. This process is slower compared to other products from the same manufacturer.

Cons

"It would be nice to have the solution localized in Europe. Dashlane is an American company. It's controlled by American laws and regulations that allows the American government to have full access to my data with Dashlane. That's why I am leaving Dashlane, because we can't accept such an important function in American control."
"There should also be an easier way to be able to transfer user data to other users who have kind of left the company. It could be a little bit cheaper."
"The integration with the VPN feature could be smoother."

"The user interface could be improved and made more user friendly."
"Sometimes the person who doesn't actually use those passwords becomes responsible for the password."
"There is room for improvement in making the UI more user-friendly. When you search for a password, there are some things you can't edit from the search bar, so you have to go back to the main window and scroll through to edit them."
"It's a pretty technical solution. It's designed for more technical people."
"The support for the PAM product is not very prompt."
"The product couldn’t make any notable change in our system, because of the complexity of cycle of the system."
"The product could be improved by lowering the price - it's expensive."
"The support for the PAM product is not very prompt."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"On a scale of one to five, with one being expensive and five being competitive, I would rate the pricing of this solution as a five."
