Great features, effortless integrations and offers an enhanced experience for users
Some of my current wishlist items for improvements would be to extend the existing timeout setting or have that setting configurable at a user level. Currently, when designing and testing larger workflows, the sessions timeout and re-authentications are frequently required. Also related to the designing and testing of larger and more complex workflows, navigation is sometimes cumbersome. A means of easily navigating and following the various connectors and workflow links would be a welcomed addition.

Event-based data exchange has improved integrations but analytics and support remain weak
SAP Cloud Platform is a strong part of their offering. They are very poor in the analytics area. You do not have much available. If you want to have analytics, you have to do everything yourself. Everything is very expensive, so it is not helping with the infrastructure costs. There is a lot of latency and glitches. The support is very difficult and not really helpful. The fact is you are completely losing control of the infrastructure. If something bad happens, there is nothing you can really do. You have to ask the support and the support will answer when they want or when they can.
