Provides efficient test automation for web applications and has good technical support services
The platform's most valuable features include its recorder, which allows users to create test cases with minimal effort, significantly simplifying the process. Vision AI enhances image recognition capabilities, improving the accuracy and efficiency of visual testing. The audit trail feature helps track changes and maintain compliance, which is particularly important in regulated industries. Smart fix automatically resolves issues, reducing manual intervention, while the self-healing feature ensures that test cases remain accurate and functional, even when system changes occur.

Efficient application testing with reduced maintenance, though integration enhancements are needed
The best features I've seen with UiPath Test Cloud so far come down to test case management, tracking, and the ability to see results, but I'll be honest, the main feature I enjoy the most is the cost. The ability of the test suite to automate tests across a wide range of technologies is great since UiPath's background in RPA is specifically designed to automate basically any and all technologies. UiPath Test Cloud has certainly helped me reduce maintenance. While I don't have a good calculation on the exact time saved, I can tell you it helps with maintenance significantly. It absolutely frees up staff time for other projects by quickly identifying and classifying issues instead of going through a manual triage process. The total cost of testing is indeed reduced with UiPath Test Cloud, probably targeting around a 25% to 30% reduction in cost, typically ending up closer to 15% to 20% for larger implementations.

Pros

"The platform's most valuable features include its recorder, which allows users to create test cases with minimal effort, significantly simplifying the process."
"UiPath Test Cloud definitely helps free up time for other projects for our engineers."
"Some of the best features I find with UiPath Test Cloud include the creation of end-to-end workflows with API integration, which was particularly useful for my use case, allowing me to connect APIs seamlessly within the defined workflows in UiPath."
"In terms of integration with other lifecycle tools and applications, UiPath Test Suite works very well because of the basis of RPA, and how RPA and automation can handle different applications and different areas of expertise."
"The document understanding is good."
"It's effective at testing whatever automation we've built or making sure the automation we've built is working fine."
"It facilitates the delegation of control to multiple users and offers an efficient way to organize tasks using labels."
"It is a very scalable product."
"We could use it for Oracle and SAP and it did help significantly."

Cons

"The solution currently does not support mobile applications. It would significantly improve its versatility."
"More precise logging would be appreciated."
"We have output arguments in the workflow. We can check results only by using those arguments. It would be better to have some more options, such as screen variables. For example, in a workflow, if we want to check if an activity is present inside, we should be able to get the output to UiPath Test Suite through the activity itself. That would be great for testing."
"I don't rate its ability to automate very well."
"It would be very beneficial to do load testing with Test Suite."
"Orchestrator is not easy to use or understand."
"We are able to automate most tasks by using UiPath. Its interface is fine. However, its price is a bit high."
"The reporting could be improved. Often, we need to email a report to higher management, we can directly get the report from there. Also, the error reporting could be better."
"I'd like the solution to be even more automated."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The product helps reduce overall costs by decreasing reliance on manual testers and speeding up testing cycles."
"The cost of a UiPath Test Suite license for five users is over $10,000 USD."
"Its price is a bit high."
"I consider it expensive. I would rate it a seven out of ten for pricing. It's priced per license on an annual basis. Our customers usually pay around 30K to 35K for five licenses, which is priced per year."
"Regarding the pricing model, I believe it would be beneficial to combine it with some of the other platform aspects."
"UiPath Test Suite is a cost-effective solution. Orchestrator is the most expensive UiPath module, costing around $20,000, but you don't need to purchase Orchestrator to use Test Suite. You can buy a nonproductive version that costs about $2,400. It's a better value than other products I've seen."
"It is a little bit more expensive than Selenium, but it provides value for money. There are multiple types of licenses such as the Test Suite license, Studio Pro license, Test Manager license, and Test Robot license. The overall cost estimation is 13,800 dollars."
"It represents good value for the investment."
"One robot license costs 1,500 euros."
