One suggestion I would make for improving Slack Business - Enterprise is the support of multimedia such as images and videos that we can easily share through Slack. That would be great. Additionally, another thing is AI integration; if Slack has some AI capabilities to get insights about conversations or summarization, that would be a great feature. If Slack has an AI feature that can summarize a particular Slack thread and provide a summary of that, that would be a great feature for us. I would rate it a ten if it comes with some AI features, particularly using generative AI to produce summarization and other kinds of insights from communication in a more secure, data-secure way.

Pros

"We are able to handle more than one hundred POs at any given time with their shipping docs and info, with only one person in charge."
"The most valuable feature is the screen sharing, which works well."
"It has become easier to use than Teams, which is the main benefit of Slack Business - Enterprise; it is simple and connected."
"The product is easy to use."
"The product has the ability to scale."
"The most valuable features are video conferencing and sharing content during meetings."
"The feature that I have found most valuable is communication between team members."
"The integration with Google Calendar is easy to use and allows us to receive notifications before meetings."
"The product is user-friendly."

Cons

"The search engine could be improved and also provide some kind of indexing."
"The product should provide integration with other solutions like Gmail or Outlook."
"Slack feels clustered and hence it should improve its design and UI."
"I would like to be able to do live streaming on Slack. Slack allows Slack huddle where you can do a group call, but it is not very well-designed. I'm not sure if it is going very well, but live streaming is one thing that I would definitely love to see. When you use Zoom, I like how you can run webinars. If we could do that through Slack, it would become an all-integrated platform. I would also like to be able to schedule meetings using Slack, similar to Zoom."
"Slack's channel and chat management could be more intuitive."
"It would be highly advantageous if it could incorporate calendar information from sources like Outlook or Gmail, providing users not only with meeting schedules but also a comprehensive daily agenda view."
"There are a lot of integrations and custom integrations available, but I believe there are opportunities to make those integrations much easier and faster, particularly for business or non-technical people."
"Slack tends to crash once a month."
"I would like the text in chat to be more customizable."
