Consistently manages user capacity and satisfaction with ease
I have completed over twenty projects using Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points ( /products/juniper-mist-wireless-access-points-reviews ), and I continue to see exceptional performance in the areas of user capacity, user experience, and user satisfaction. This makes Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points highly recommended if the customer's budget allows, as the hardware performance is also very good. From my perspective, the Juniper reporting logs are clear and provide necessary data, which supports better management and diagnosis.

Managing installations through one interface enhances efficiency but AI features improvement
Ubiquiti Wireless LAN is reliable and offers a good quality product. It provides one interface to manage all installations, allowing me to monitor all customers through the same web interface. The web interface in the controller allows for quick configuration of devices with just one click, which is a significant advantage.

Quotes from Members

"It provides private network access, helping us protect our company’s devices."
"Juniper Mist offers valuable features like comprehensive network insight, granular policy control, fast device setup, strong security, and efficient SSL traffic management."

"You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment."
"The solution is stable."
"The AI capabilities of Mist Wireless are superior to other OEMs."
"The initial setup is easy."
"I have found Ubiquiti WLAN scalable. We have approximately 200 users using the solution in my organization and do not plan to increase usage."

"Ubiquiti WLAN has been stable and is easy to install."

"The most valuable feature of Ubiquiti WLAN is its stability."
"There was a time when we were using Cisco switches and attempting to integrate Ubiquiti UniFi switches into our network infrastructure. Eventually, after some effort, we managed to understand the process. Initially, it was challenging to configure the unified console to manage virtual networks alongside internal networks effectively. We had to comprehend how both systems would integrate carefully. It became apparent that maximizing the usage of Cisco switches required a thorough understanding of how UniFi operates at the backend."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation."
"The pricing should be made cheaper."
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."

"I have never used cloud solutions. My first approach would be something related to the cloud, and backups on the cloud, and maybe an easier way to connect to it because I have an on-premises environment."
"The room for improvement is in the controller levels."
"Ubiquiti WLAN is not a cheap solution."
"Ubiquiti WLAN only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi radio and would be improved by including support for 5GHz."
"Ubiquiti lacks troubleshooting tools. For example, there aren't tools that your clients can use to gather input on the AP itself. There's no visibility in the application layer or reporting. It doesn't have a lot of management features."
"Switching devices requires reconfiguration from scratch."
"The support needs improvement. The official support is kind of complex. It's not that straightforward compared to Cisco and Aruba."
