Consistently manages user capacity and satisfaction with ease
I have completed over twenty projects using Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points ( /products/juniper-mist-wireless-access-points-reviews ), and I continue to see exceptional performance in the areas of user capacity, user experience, and user satisfaction. This makes Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points highly recommended if the customer's budget allows, as the hardware performance is also very good. From my perspective, the Juniper reporting logs are clear and provide necessary data, which supports better management and diagnosis.

Reliable and high-performance wireless networking with exceptional stability, scalability, and robust feature set
One of the most valuable features I appreciate is auto channelization, facilitated by a proprietary product called ChannelFly. This feature enables APs in a specific zone to automatically adjust their channels, optimizing performance. Additionally, Ruckus Wireless stands out for its ability to reuse certain beams, resulting in smaller data spots. In my experience with various products, Ruckus Wireless consistently delivers unparalleled throughput, coverage, and reliability in wireless networking across different environments. As a noteworthy point, the newly launched WiFi 7 standard is measured against Ruckus's WiFi 7 AP, establishing it as the global benchmark. When it comes to WiFi, Ruckus sets the standard, outperforming competitors with its superior performance and capabilities.

"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."
"It would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network."
"Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage."
"The solution is expensive."
"The reporting logs require improvement in terms of clarity because it can be difficult to find specific information about network influences."
"Juniper should make the products more affordable."
"o make it a ten I would like the ability to replace it if we do have a faulty device. Getting one faster might be helpful. I would like to have autoconfiguration where instead of having to configure a new network, we would be able to push all configuration out a little easier with the interface."
"The initial setup could be more straightforward. It would be better if we could seamlessly integrate security tools like a firewall or IPS with Ruckus Wireless."
"Its security can be improved. It doesn't use Wireless IPS. Therefore, we have to combine WatchGuard that uses a Wireless IPS but is a separate solution. These two solutions work in conjunction. We are using the WatchGuard as a sensor and Wireless IPS, and Ruckus is like a platform that is used for the connectivity of the network."
"I would like to see more location-based services on the Smart Cell Insight on access points."
"The initial setup was not simple. We were installing indoor and outdoor wireless and this is why it took us three months."
"The product licensing could be improved."
"It could be more stable."
"Having support available that is more compatible with time zones in the United States would be helpful."
