Building tools with user-friendly interfaces abut needs integration improvements
An integration of Copilot options within Microsoft Power Apps would be useful. In UiPath apps, there is an autopilot function that uses a generative AI model, which creates layouts and connects data services automatically with a prompt. Such integration would be beneficial to build basic frameworks that can be enhanced. This would assist business process users who lack coding knowledge.

Great UI and out-of-the-box integrations, but needs expanded cloud platform support
Given the rapid pace of innovation we’ve already seen from Unqork, there are a few major capability gaps we face currently. However, some areas of improvement and features we would benefit from in upcoming releases include: 1. Enhanced accessibility compliance - While meeting baseline standards, further WCAG conformance and widgets optimized for screen readers could expand access for disabled users of Unqork solutions. Added compliance certifications would also be welcomed. 2. Expanded cloud platform support - The addition of Azure and Google Cloud alongside AWS would allow our deployment options to better align with enterprise strategic cloud choices outside just Amazon. 3. More analytics and observability - Increased telemetry on app performance, component reuse rates, load testing etc. would help fine-tune Unqork solutions. More data and dashboard visibility into adoption would optimize our ROI. 4. Managing technical debt - As portfolios of Unqork apps grow over time, best practices and features to facilitate updating legacy components, refactoring old solutions, and preventing erosion will be helpful. Added controls to manage technical debt long-term. 5. Evolution of existing components - Existing rich widgets and connectors rounding out maturity with incremental capabilities would expand Unqork's versatility. Expanding the range of use cases served by current components. 6. Offline functionality - For mobile solutions, some limited persistent caching and offline usability during intermittent connectivity would better support field agents/inspectors. Tolerating offline states is key. 7. Design version control - Advancing visual version control capabilities for better design history, branching, merging, and reverting changes to Unqork sites would improve collaboration and prevent overwrite errors by nontechnical users.

Pros

"If you want something that you can use for cellphones, multiple tablets, and things like that, you can use PowerApps for the front end. It gathers all the information, and the information goes somewhere else."
"The integration with SharePoint is part of the enterprise package, making it cost-effective."
"It's a very workable solution because it's an automated way of making applications. You have a template, you have the application know-how,"
"The UI functionality is the most valuable aspect of this solution."
"I would say that it's a very advanced product because it empowers people to do simple things, which previously may have required people to have some technical skills."
"Microsoft Power Apps is the building block for creating applications, similar to how children use different types of blocks to build structures."
"We particularly like the workflow connectors in the forms, for information introduction purposes."
"Power Automate has been the most valuable feature."
"I would recommend Unqork because of its time-saving capabilities and ease of use."
"Unqork is stable."
"Unqork is a great choice over other BPMS tools like Pega."
"The features of Unqork that I find most valuable include its performance and security."
"I recommend Unqork for those wanting to start their careers, particularly in sectors like insurance and banking."
"Unqork is a low-code, no-code platform that is easy to use compared to traditional development."
"Unqork UI behaves consistently across devices and seamlessly adapts to various form factors."
"I rate Unqork's technical support as nine."

Cons

"I’d need more time with it. As of now, I can’t think of an area for improvement."
"An integration of Copilot options within Microsoft Power Apps would be useful."
"As far as dealing with SharePoint, it'll allow you to ha manage up to 2000 rows, however, performance-wise, they're recommending that you just keep it at the default of 500 rows."
"The fact that we couldn't share that with our other organization or outside of the organization, consisting of our colleagues in the joint ventures, was a weakness of the solution."
"The availability of templates needs to be improved. I understand that the ecosystem around it is still developing, but we need more templates. I would like the entire ecosystem around it to improve. I would recommend adding AI components. Even though we can always connect to Azure for AI components, they should slowly start looking at adding some AI components to PowerApps so that out-of-the-box learning can be applied to process flows. Salesforce has the Einstein layer that works along with license platforms. PowerApps should also have something similar."
"It is not enough user friendly. It also doesn't integrate very well with SQL Server."
"The editor in the Web browser could be improved because it can be difficult to implement the commands in the buttons."
"Microsoft PowerApps could improve the speed of Power Automate, it is not very fast."
"The addition of Azure and Google Cloud alongside AWS would allow our deployment options to better align with enterprise strategic cloud choices outside just Amazon."
"Unqork needs to improve its learning resources because there aren't many available on platforms like YouTube or Google."
"The area that needs improvement in Unqork is its performance."
"The loading speed is very slow. Page responses are also unsatisfactory; when margins are added and components are shifted left or right, they do not respond properly, causing overflowing issues on the website."
"Occasionally, during server-side execution with multiple loops, we encounter timeout issues, which is something we've had to address with technical support."
"Unqork is pretty expensive compared to other tools like UiPath. The certification costs around $2000, which is ten times the price of UiPath."
"The area that needs improvement in Unqork is its performance."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It depends on the subscription of Office 365 that customers have. With some subscriptions, it's possible to use PowerApps."
"It is comparable to other similar solutions."
"The tool is neither cheap nor expensive. The tool's cost is manageable."
"The cost for licensing could be lower."
"Whatever the cost of licensing is, it is in the millions."
"Pricing for this solution is completely based on user requirement. If your requirement is simple or less complex, then the basic licensing model can work, e.g. the free model, or else, you need to go for the premium features or premium model."
"There are areas of Microsoft PowerApps that can be improved. For example, the license policies are expensive to purchases the premium connectors. If a company would like to use the premium features, they have to pay a lot of money. The Microsoft PowerApps portal could be easier to use when there are a lot of external users because if a company has 1,000 external users, it is too expensive to use the Microsoft PowerApps portal."
"The company has a subscription where you can use certain features for free, but there are features that require a premium subscription to use."
