Cloud security has improved remote access and has reduced costs for smaller client sites
I have used Cloudflare One's Identity-Aware Proxy, and it is quite straightforward from what I have seen so far. The app registration on the Azure side integrates fully into Cloudflare, and I am very satisfied with that part because it is easy to set up. The integration of Cloudflare One's Secure Web Gateway and Zero Trust Network Access works without any issues. That part is pretty automatic, and if you complete the rest of the setup, it comes together by itself with no issues from my side. What makes it nice is that we can actually start replacing on-site firewalls at this stage for the smaller clients because it does not matter if they go to a coffee shop or work from home; they are still secured by the same connection. The hops get shorter and you get better latency. We have done testing to see if it is better. One thing that we did notice with our proof of concept with our current client is that they have people connecting from the UK. When they used their previous VPN solution, uploading CAD drawings and other files to the server took a long time. They mentioned that it is much quicker on Cloudflare One's solution. I definitely believe that is part of the improved performance, and I am satisfied with that as well. What is nice about Cloudflare One is that it makes the setup easier and also easier to train technicians to maintain it. Compared to legacy systems, we do not need to get fancy firewalls in place that are costly. That is definitely also a cost-saver with Cloudflare One.

Advanced email filtering has blocked massive spam volumes and prevents unauthorized data leaks
Improvements for Mimecast Advanced Email Security include enhancing the user interface and accessibility, particularly regarding admin capabilities to add or modify user accounts. Streamlining this could improve overall usability and security management for users. Reporting is another area needing improvement in Mimecast Advanced Email Security, as the reports provided are not very easy to decipher. With artificial intelligence being integrated into various tools including Mimecast Advanced Email Security, I believe there is potential to enhance functionality, enabling users to ask specific questions and retrieve concise answers instead of overwhelming data. I choose a nine for Mimecast Advanced Email Security because improvements such as better user interface and artificial intelligence integration features would greatly enhance its usability. While no tool is perfect, these adjustments could greatly elevate Mimecast Advanced Email Security's capabilities.

Improves decision-making with clear verdict explanations and works well across multiple environments
I know that a lot of time has been invested in improving the efficacy of the platform, and it shows; it performs very well. Moving forward, I think our focus should be on how to achieve better integration with other systems. While they do provide API-level access and web hooks, I believe more out-of-the-box integrations with SOAR platforms and SIEM tools would enhance Sublime's value. This would allow it to be integrated more closely with the workflows of various teams and could potentially increase its market appeal. From my perspective, the tool itself functions exceptionally well, which gives me confidence in the system. I want to see this functionality extend to other tools that I use, enabling faster automation and improved workflows for the team, particularly from a security operations standpoint. I have no critiques regarding the tool itself. They've done an outstanding job and are maintaining high quality throughout their development process. They have a great product, and it's essential that they continue to uphold that standard, even though it requires significant effort.

Pros

"What makes it nice is that we can actually start replacing on-site firewalls at this stage for the smaller clients because it does not matter if they go to a coffee shop or work from home; they are still secured by the same connection."
"Cloudflare Access is a stable solution."
"It's a perfect solution from my perspective; it's easy to understand and easy to configure."
"Cloudflare is by far the most effective solution that I have come across."
"The best feature is rate limiting. If I'm expecting 500 visits per hour, Cloudflare will limit the requests if I suddenly get 50,000."
"The capabilities of the software are strong enough for me to do what it's supposed to do. For me, we don't need to do a lot of configuration on our site. We just enable it and monitor it."
"Cloudflare DDoS mitigates DDoS attacks."
"Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform removes the risk of exposing the applications to the public."
"My advice to those considering this product would be to go for it."
"I recommend Mimecast based on customer requirements and budget."
"The initial setup is very straightforward."
"It is our spam filter, phishing filter, and executive impersonation filter."
"Mimecast Mailbox Continuity helps companies continue to move."
"We like the content filtering and secure messaging features."
"Due to our specialized use case, that HIPAA dictionary really comes in handy."
"We like Mimecast's spam filtering. The email signature feature is also a big plus for our users."
"In terms of Sublime Security's impact, it has strengthened our email security posture, reduced the phishing risk, improved response time, and increased confidence in our security controls."
"Overall, the auditability and the ability to evaluate the information in Sublime through various mechanisms made me very comfortable with setting these capabilities to auto-remediation."
"I like its ability to detect and block."
"Sublime Security positively impacts my organization with AI-driven detection that reduces false positives and improves alert severity, providing timely notifications to the SOC analyst if any interaction occurs after clicking a potentially malicious link."
"Since I have been using Sublime Security personally, I have noticed specific improvements like fewer spam emails and improved detection, which saves me time."
"This is why it provides absolute value; it adds a smarter layer that catches anything missed by Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace protection, as attackers can breach those systems easily using flexible detection logic that security teams can quickly customize."
"In terms of Sublime Security's impact, it has strengthened our email security posture, reduced the phishing risk, improved response time, and increased confidence in our security controls."
"What I like the most about Sublime Security is that it automatically analyzes and remediates suspicious emails reported by the AI agents, allowing security teams to write custom organization-specific policies according to their needs."

Cons

"The pricing is an area that can be improved. Pricing, as far as I recall, was the source of our problems."
"Our customers no longer use Cloudflare because its service is subpar."
"They don't have a person to provide support for customers using the solution under their free plan."
"The software has automated alerts, but the automated alerts are not available in the mobile app."
"Operating and tuning the product is difficult."
"There are premium tier live service and lower tier live service, so we opted for the lower tier. But there is no medium tier where we pay a little extra and get a bit more service. So if that can be improved."
"For the topic of improvement, providing some training material is one of my suggestions."
"Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform needs to improve its documentation. It took time to do the implementation."
"The filtering needs more flexibility."
"Mimecast Advanced Email Security needs to improve in this area because they are only focusing on a particular set of problems which is on email and human risk, whereas companies that need a slightly bigger picture will look elsewhere."
"The interface isn't the best. How everything works on the back end is confusing."
"The solution is complex and not easy to use."
"This solution can be frustrating. It blocks many things that should be going through."
"The differentiation between bulk spam mail and campaign-related mail could be improved."
"Mimecast needs to reduce the number of false positive emails; a big pain point for us."
"Their support should be improved. They are notorious for sending you to knowledge-based articles rather than actually talking to you, but that is, unfortunately, kind of becoming a trend with everything. In terms of features, I haven't had any complaints. However, I don't like the fact they moved to a paid training subscription model. They used to have a lot of free webinars for training, but they have started to charge for them in the past year."
"While they do provide API-level access and web hooks, I believe more out-of-the-box integrations with SOAR platforms and SIEM tools would enhance Sublime's value."
"I would say there are very minimal changes needed regarding Sublime Security; for first-time users, it can be difficult knowing how to write the tool."
"The ability for users to look at their own quarantine box needs improvement. So at the moment, it doesn't give you the ability to see every email that has been quarantined. No end-user has the ability to see what's being quarantined. It's only people who have access to the back-end platform that can actually see what has been quarantined. The end user doesn't know if they have an email that has been quarantined, only if they're expecting something that didn't come through."
"Sublime Security is a great tool, but improvements are needed in areas such as better executive-level summaries, a more advanced reporting dashboard, and more automated remediation workflows."
"To improve Sublime Security, I would appreciate better reporting capabilities, as the current reports are too high-level for regular SOC operations."
"Sublime Security is a great tool, but improvements are needed in areas such as better executive-level summaries, a more advanced reporting dashboard, and more automated remediation workflows."
"One issue I dislike about Sublime Security is that it requires expertise in MQL, which took my organization almost two months to learn."
"To improve Sublime Security, I think the learning curve is the primary concern; it is powerful, but it is not plug and play."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The prices are slightly expensive."
"The solution's pricing lacks transparency."
"Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform's pricing is good."
"The pricing of the solution is cheap. The licensing cost is also very low. I rate the cost and pricing a three out of ten."
"The pricing is somewhere in the middle. I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten."
"My company has to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution. There are no hidden charges apart from the licensing costs of the solution."
"The price tag is no longer $200,000, but rather $300,000 to $400,000. It's twice."
"The solution is not that expensive."
"Compared to the other products in the market, it is neither cheap but nor very expensive. I would rate it somewhere in the middle, 5 out of 10."
"The solution is expensive."
"I'm always going to say the price needs to be lower, but it's reasonable."
"The licensing costs are per-user for the product that you get with them."
"On a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive, I rate the pricing a ten."
"The product price is moderate. I rate the pricing a five out of ten."
"Its price is in the middle range. It is a structured licensing model where there are various components that you can add or choose to add or not."
"Two subscription options are currently offered: monthly and yearly. My suggestion is to opt for the yearly subscription as it can give some discount. The pricing isn't high as other cloud solutions are pricier than Microsoft's offerings."
"I would rate the pricing of Sublime Security as a seven out of ten. It is reasonably well-priced."
