NetVault Plus, being more traditional and mainly on-premises, offers reliable customer support but could benefit from faster response times.

The response time is good, but resolving some issues can take time due to dependencies on external devices.
I rated the scalability as seven because even though the solution can scale, load balancing must be done manually, as it's not automated.

There have been very few issues reported in the past year, with only one ticket raised, indicating its reliability.
Stability-wise, Quest NetVault is a stable product for me, with the exception of Office 365.
I suggest Nasuni improve their syslog forwarders to support TCP protocol, as it's more secure than UDP, which is plain text and not protected at all.
There is also a need for better security measures, as security is critical to ensure backups are safe and free from malware.
Improvements should come, particularly in compatibility, backup performance, or better troubleshooting.
I have never been able to have a solid backup of Office 365 using Quest NetVault.
I prefer solutions with lower pricing.
