Real-time monitoring has improved AWS visibility and reduces downtime for critical services
Netdata's best features that I find outstanding are the real-time monitoring, interactive dashboards, automated alerts, and detailed performance analytics. I find these features very valuable because they provide immediate visibility into CPU, memory, network, and server performance, helping us identify bottlenecks quickly, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and reduce downtime. The features I value most include excellent visibility, faster troubleshooting, and practical issue detection, which make Netdata infrastructure monitoring more efficient and reliable. AI governance and security capabilities are important for maintaining data privacy, access control, and transparency. I also value its focus on secure monitoring, controlled access, and protecting sensitive infrastructure data. Netdata has met my expectations through the AI-driven insights, which are generally useful and reliable for identifying performance anomalies and highlighting potential issues. They help us improve monitoring and speed up troubleshooting. Netdata integrates well with our AWS environment, providing useful visibility into server performance, resource utilization, and infrastructure health. It helps us monitor workloads, identify issues quickly, and maintain reliable operations.

Offers comprehensive monitoring and tool consolidation but integration complexity needs improvement
There is room for improvement in the speed of setting up the service and integrating PowerPacks. Although these prebuilt features are great, there is considerable complexity in bringing them together to create a unified dashboard. Even with many good integrations and deep visibility, the implementation takes time, especially when it doesn't involve these integrations. While some other companies have easier APIs, using this solution demands significant expertise. It's challenging for new customers to implement independently. The implementation speed of non-PowerPack or non-out-of-the-box integrations should be improved. Additionally, the AI automation feature is not yet very rich due to resource constraints supporting a wide platform.
