Comprehensive dashboards have enabled detailed asset visibility and proactive risk mitigation
On the negative side, I believe their AI, which is IQ, could be more improved. For example, when I export any data, there are only 50 columns available. What if there were more columns? Nozomi Networks does not provide that data, so I have to go to the query section. The AI is currently useful for writing queries in English that are converted into their coding language for queries. Sometimes it provides the correct data, and sometimes it does not understand the request. From my attempts, I would say 50 percent of the time it has given me the proper data, and 50 percent of the time it might need improvement. Every day or week, new threat intelligence and AI upgrades are being released for Vantage, and all those upgrades are being implemented. Things are getting better, but I believe there are areas of improvement.

Easy to integrate, enhances operational efficiency, and has machine learning capabilities
We are satisfied with the product. We can passively scan the network for anomalies and let it learn through machine learning about the normal state of the network. If it deviates from that, then it is an anomaly. It would give an alert about anomalous behaviors like a cyber attack. The network visibility has enhanced operational efficiency. It is easy to integrate the solution with the existing industrial control systems.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The feature I like best is its stability."
"Nozomi Networks has positively impacted my organization by ensuring my assets remain secure."
"The tool's visibility is good. We can see the traffic flow."
"The most valuable features of Nozomi Networks are the visibility of OT protocols and the versatility in finding the details of the assets feeding the tool."
"Nozomi Networks has impacted my organization positively because we have experience with a few other vendors, and their configuration, reliability, and even threat identification are significantly lower than Nozomi Networks capabilities."
"I chose Nozomi because it is far ahead of other competitors, like Curator and Elastic."
"The best feature of Nozomi Networks is that it has built OT-oriented protocols such as OPC UA, DNP3, Modbus, and Siemens S7, and for these protocols, Nozomi Networks identifies them very perfectly."
"Nozomi Networks has positively impacted our organization since we are in the asset owner environment."
"The network visibility has enhanced operational efficiency."

Cons

"The pricing was quite high based on the end customer's perspective."
"I chose eight out of ten because their customer services are something lacking."
"Nozomi Networks can be improved by integrating with other technologies so that teams look at a single dashboard when it comes to security issues."
"Proof of concept could be improved. It could be more tangible to the customer and the end users to have a video presentation or something like that."
"I would add that the documentation is lacking some information, so you need to ask customer support for it, but you cannot have everything."
"It should support more programmable logic controllers (PLCs)."
"I believe there is room for improvement regarding on-premises AI."
"On the negative side, I believe their AI, which is IQ, could be more improved."
"The tool must provide new features similar to Radiflow."

Pricing and Cost Advice
