We are satisfied with the product. We can passively scan the network for anomalies and let it learn through machine learning about the normal state of the network. If it deviates from that, then it is an anomaly. It would give an alert about anomalous behaviors like a cyber attack. The network visibility has enhanced operational efficiency. It is easy to integrate the solution with the existing industrial control systems.
What needs improvement?
The tool must provide new features similar to Radiflow.

We sell the solution to any organization that is interested in OT security. We haven’t encountered any issues with scalability.

We help our customers implement the product. The implementation takes three months.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We were using Radiflow. SCADAfence is similar to it. Radiflow has some new features coming up. It’s still conceptual. They can build a virtual network and simulate changes we make to our network in a virtual environment so that we don't have to change our physical network configuration to see what happens if we make those changes. It would be a valuable feature.
What other advice do I have?
The tool has a good impact on compliance with industry regulations and standards. If SCADAfence can provide the new feature provided by Radiflow, I would rate it ten out of ten. Overall, I rate the solution an eight or nine out of ten.
