Workflow automation has boosted invoice processing but still needs finer approval routing
Palette can be improved as it does not have the ability to do very specific routing for invoices; in my case, I had multiple offices with multiple paths, and you had to know which particular office it was for. Depending upon the type of vendor invoice it was, sometimes it was difficult to know what path to put it on, so you need more detail in the approval matrix when you can set it up. I chose a 7 out of 10 because the approval matrix and the routing of invoices with specific customization were a bit lacking; I feel I needed more of that to be able to go into more detail on a per vendor basis or a per dollar value basis. Regarding Palette's AI capabilities, I definitely experienced some automation features related to accuracy. Due to the lack of flexibility in the building of the approval matrix, there was no way for it to code things 100% correctly, so intervention and review from a person were always necessary.

Offers an open-source version along with a good UI
The product has multiple good features. One of the solution's good features is that it is the GitOps functionality known as Rancher fleet, which is used for continuous delivery. The tool's UI is very convenient enough to help you manage multiple clusters in the cloud or on-premises, making it a product with which you can manage different clusters and locations. The tool also has a feature that is still kind of maturing, but I think it has very good potential. This new feature is named Harvester, which is allows users to have virtual machines managed by Kubernetes engine. This is very new technology in the market. I think that Harvester needs to mature as a product, and I think that in the future, it will be very powerful. You have one tool that does many things for you.
