Testing automation solution that is scriptless and is competitively priced compared to other solutions
The best feature of this solution is the fact that it offers scriptless automation. You don't need to know how to code or program to use it. Within four weeks, my team was up and running. This was the shortest possible ramp-up that we completed in my entire career The integrations for this…

Automation has delivered strong ROI with AI-driven test prioritization and parallel reporting
The best feature of Worksoft Certify is the automatic report generation. Unlike traditional tools like Selenium or Java-based frameworks where reporting often requires custom coding, Certify handles this natively. We are currently utilizing the 14.5 version, which has modernized these capabilities, though we frequently manage backward compatibility for clients still running on the 12.x version series.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The best feature of this solution is the fact that it offers scriptless automation. You don't need to know how to code or program to use it."
"Qualitia is a complete test automation tool where you can configure multiple test cases at once."
"The Qualitia technical support group is the best part of Qualitia."
"It provides a lot of time savings. We are always ready to execute a task whenever the business asks us. We saved approximately 7000 hours in 2018."
"With autotesting, we have been able to eliminate duplication of test cases across those four areas. This has helped us knock down our number of test cases. Our test cases are also running more optimally. Therefore, it has very much helped in that sense, so we were able to eliminate a lot of test cases and get out of manual silos by running on autotesting, which is more efficient."
"If you are working on SAP automation with Certify, then it’s the best tool to work with."
"It is a huge improvement, as it recognizes complex general applications, where most tools won't recognize the objects within them."
"Our business users are doing regression testing as their day job. This is an add-on to their daily work. With everything so pressured in the industry, automation takes the pressure of these users."
"We saved $1.3 million using Worksoft Certify in 2017."
"We're getting good value from continuous testing management, and the fact that it's also codeless is valuable."
"It is a pretty easy tool to use as far as automated testing tools go."

Cons

"Licensing and missing import/export functionality was a problem."
"The integrations for this solutions could be improved, specifically for Slack."
"When using team city to run offline packages, Press Keys do not work, thus giving errors."
"I would like Worksoft Certify to do automation at any layer (the UI layer, API layer, or database layer) and challenge competitors in the RPA industry, like UiPath and Automation Anywhere."
"The only thing I don't like - and this is the only complaint I usually have for Worksoft - is that the first-level support is not always the best for working on topics."
"As part of our weekly regression, we wanted to use Execution Manager. However, from 2017 until March 2021, Execution Manager was not working as expected in our enrollment."
"If any AI-powered features are included, that would be great. We've already seen the beginning of self-healing capabilities, but additional integrations with AI would be beneficial."
"In my opinion, that whole module of permissions is very confusing and lends itself to common errors."
"As part of our weekly regression, we wanted to use Execution Manager. However, from 2017 until March 2021, Execution Manager was not working as expected in our enrollment. It could have been better. If Execution Manager had worked well, then we could have doubled our productivity. Unfortunately, it had problems."
"I know that we did do some automation, what we call "bots," with Worksoft, and it was clunkier than some of the RPA tools that are currently on the market."
"Rather than the product, I would first say from my experience that the immediate availability of a person or the support team is needed for anyone who requires help in areas wherever it is required."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pricing is on a higher end but the competition was even more expensive. With this considered, it is a competitive solution."
"The typical range that we see is between 50 to 90 percent improvement in speed capabilities. Another aspect comes with the depth that they're able to test. It increases their capabilities overall to test at a broader level."
"We would purchase more licenses right now if they were cheaper. Pricing is a little bit of a hindrance."
"On our last big SAP implementation project, we inserted an automation resource into the beginning of the project. Between automating regression processes, data staging, and using our automation to help repair cutover and conversion issues. We saved the project about $1,700,000."
"I can only judge based on the situation that we had around six years ago when we did the tool evaluation. Worksoft was not the cheapest, but it provided the value. For 25 concurrent licenses, we paid more than €400,000, so it was not cheap. In the end, if you see how much time you are saving and compare it with others, its price is okay. We had also compared its cost with the licensing costs for HP and Tricentis, and they were at another level. Now, as we have already booked the licenses, we only have to pay an annual maintenance fee, which is 70%, and that is okay."
"We could use Certify to do robotic process automation, which is basically running a process on your correction system instead of your test system. Therefore, we may do that in the future."
"If we do one manual process, it could take approximately two hours. The same process using Worksoft probably takes ten minutes."
"We save probably 50 percent of our time. The tool does what it's supposed to do, and we are able to actually work."
"The license cost is quite high. This might not be a consideration for a large company, but it will be for a small company. E.g., Tricentis (their competitor) offers certain exclusive use cases where a company can use it in a certain way, so this is another option that companies consider."
