Integration capabilities with both SAP and non-SAP applications enhance its versatility, making regression testing more efficient and reducing test maintenance time by over 50%.
Worksoft Certify's ability to execute complex tests across various platforms like SAP, Java, and web-based applications supports broader and more comprehensive testing strategies.
Many users highlight its ease of use, stating that tasks are accomplished more swiftly, and the initial learning curve is minimal, enabling faster deployment and execution of tests.

CONS

Worksoft Certify faces challenges with stability, especially in a constantly changing live platform, which requires frequent adjustments of test scripts.
Technical support response is inconsistent, often delayed, and not always helpful, which impacts user experience negatively.
Execution Manager and BPP have had multiple bugs and performance issues that impacted productivity significantly over years.
Mobile testing is hindered by the necessity to purchase separate third-party licenses, creating additional bottlenecks.

To improve or enhance Worksoft Certify in future releases, I believe integrating AI would be really great, as the market is moving towards AI. Additionally, features such as image recognition and more advanced OCR techniques could be developed further; currently, these features do exist, but they are not up to mark.

Rather than the product, I would first say from my experience that the immediate availability of a person or the support team is needed for anyone who requires help in areas wherever it is required.
