Provides timely financial insights and supports growth with some room to streamline complexity

We find QuickBooks' budget generation feature valuable but haven't really utilized that as much as we'd want to. It's something that we plan on utilizing next year. It helps save money and time, though I can't speak to specific amounts as I would be really guessing. We use the on-premise version of QuickBooks. We have utilized the third-party application synchronization. An example of a third party that QuickBooks integrates well with is Avalara AvaTax. On a scale of 1-10, I rate QuickBooks a 7.

Streamlines subscription billing and workflows but has needed clearer docs and lower certification costs

I do not focus on Zuora revenue recognition features. Zuora's documentation from the knowledge center is somewhat complicated and should be simplified for beginner-level users who are ready to learn. Sandbox features and workflow settings need enhancement. Zuora's integration can be tricky. With hands-on experience, understanding where features are located makes the process automatic. Without hands-on experience, integration takes considerable time. Although the integration is smooth, it depends heavily on hands-on experience. Providing exact pricing figures for Zuora is challenging because it uses a tiered structure with standard plans. Zuora should improve access to premium support and add-on modules with standard and professional plans by creating easier, balanced feature models. I typically participate in Zuora's initial setup and deployment.

For example, I owe company "A" $100, so company "A" is Accounts Payable, and I just want to list it one by one by one. If I want to add more companies, say, company "B" with $200, I can't list Accounts Payable in that entry. I would have to just say, company "A", $100, company "B", $200, Accounts Payable, $300." That's a shortcoming of it."
