Great topic subscription monitoring, helpful management, and useful for audits
Addition of more monitoring features to Azure Cosmos DB can be a huge help as we use the same as the main database for our applications. One more thing to note is that their support team was always ready to clear all our doubts regarding the product but we feel that it would be much appreciated if they could share with us the required resources to get new customers like us well-versed in traversing through different modules of the product. These are the very few areas where Serverless360 can be improved.

Have faced limitations due to high costs but have maintained reliability over time
The primary issue is the pricing, which is very expensive for my company's budget. We cannot afford to pay such a large fee. We are not Microsoft or BMW; we are a small company. As a small company, I have no power to negotiate directly with VMware. Perhaps larger companies have more opportunity to contract directly with VMware, but I do not have that leverage. The only path I can follow is to change solutions. Net.spA is a company working in the field of waste management. We are not a technological company, so we do not have a large margin to justify purchasing and maintaining the VMware infrastructure at current costs.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Serverless360 transformed the way our organizations manage Azure and hybrid integrations."
"Service Bus topic subscription monitoring turned out to be the most useful for us."
"That is exactly where Serverless360 helped us by bringing in both Service Bus management and monitoring under the same hood."
"It offers all the core capabilities we need to manage and monitor our Azure services."
"vRealize Operations Manager gives us more detail and is best of breed when it comes to monitoring."
"For project management and new clients, the What-If Analysis is very good. You can use it for workloads. When you are adding new workloads to your platform, it helps you avoid impacting your production."
"The most valuable feature is the single pane of glass to see everything in your infrastructure and know when you're running low on resources, and things are over-provisioned and under-provisioned and so on."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to drill down and figure out exactly where CPU and memory contention could possibly be."
"We can find problems before they start becoming bigger issues, and we have all the info in one area, so it's already finding all kinds of things we need to do to fix the issues."
"One of the big benefits was when we were introducing a new solution for the data center and our vendor needed historical data to right-size a solution for us."
"It's taken a lot of the guesswork out and allowed us to be more proactive instead of reactive, which is nice."
"Its benefits vastly outweigh the price that it costs, the time it takes to implement, and what it can do for your SaS is unbelievable."

Cons

"Addition of more monitoring features to Azure Cosmos DB can be a huge help as we use the same as the main database for our applications."
"The user interface of Serveress360 could be improved a bit to make the platform even easier to use."
"There are some distribution issues, and there is not enough information on the portal."
"I would like to see them get a holistic view of the organization, not just focusing on the server and the state that it's running on but to widen that out from the end user all the way through. It's a key critical part but actually, it needs to bring outside of that, then to the networking elements and the inter-dependencies that are in hospital solutions."
"Lack of documentation."
"Setting up the alerts, definitions and actions were kind of tricky because there's a lot of false positives. A lot of things it alerts you on are not really problems, so you have to go in and tweak the policies around to see the actual real issues."
"Having the capability to manage the enterprise display would be highly beneficial."
"Unfortunately, it hasn't done a whole lot in that regard. It's taken a lot of setup time to kind of keep it in tune."
"If you're not a vROps guy from the beginning, it's a high learning curve."
"It's a high learning curve at first, and difficult to learn."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I have reduced the time to troubleshoot for my customers."
"The initial costs are a bit on the higher side but the licensing is flexible."
"The product is too expensive to implement."
"We did an enterprise license agreement with our VMware partner and put this in our bundle. We tried it and loved it, so we use it now."
"We would like to build custom dashboards in the standard license. Right now, this is available in the enterprise license, not the standard license."
"The pricing: It's expensive."
"The licensing model is annual. Compared to the price of other products, VMware vRealize Operations (vROps) is a bit on the high side. If it could be cheaper, it would be good."
"So, besides the license overall, you have to pay for the type of support you want. With the license, there is a support cost as well."
