What is our primary use case?
We used the product mainly to manage our more than five different Azure services that were in our production environment.
Serverless360 also stands out with its ability to track the flow of messages across your applications involving different Azure and on-premise services, visualize the data trends on interactive dashboards, and alert and investigate critical issues whenever a business transaction fails.
It is great when you even want to perform corrective actions on failed message transactions and process them for a successful resubmission.
How has it helped my organization?
It offers all the core capabilities we need to manage and monitor our Azure services. The most significant advantage appears to be its ability to provide everything in one place.
Also, Serverless360's Business Activity Monitoring module has one feature that I personally like: it doesn't just alert when a transaction fails; it also allows reprocessing them so that business failures can be quickly corrected.
Serverless360 transformed the way our organizations manage Azure and hybrid integrations.
What is most valuable?
Serverless360 currently has four main features, comprising management, monitoring, distributed tracing, and generating documentation. Among these, documenting the entire Azure environment is one of the most beloved features of our organization.
It provides auto-generated technical documentation with deep insights into Azure resource usage and the overall cost spent on those resources within a matter of minutes. The icing on the cake was to publish the generated documentation in both the online and offline modes.
What needs improvement?
1) The user interface of Serveress360 could be improved a bit to make the platform even easier to use.
2) The addition of management and monitoring features for Cognitive services, Power Automate, and a few more Azure services.
3) It would be much better if it is a multi-cloud management/monitoring platform.
4) The consolidated error reports sent via the alerting channels can be a bit more intuitive.
5) Their customer support was good but good technical documentation or feature videos can be even more helpful.
