We started using Deel as an EOR provider and after we started, we were very satisfied and decided to expand. Then we started using the HRIS and Engage, Deel's performance and engagement module.

When it comes to using Deel as an EOR provider, we use it to hire employees in 11 different countries across the world, spanning from Canada throughout entire Europe and in the Philippines. When it comes to HRIS, we use it for logging time off taken, org chart mapping, and an employee directory. And when it comes to Engage, we use it for career development, career mapping and career ladders, for well-being surveys, eNPS surveys, onboarding programs and e-learnings, and then we use it for performance management.

When it comes to EOR, the best features are complete compliance with local legislation, amazing support when it comes to opening a new market, and overall, a very user-friendly platform.

When it comes to HRIS, the best feature is customizability. I can add as many custom fields as I want. I can conduct reporting throughout all of them. Reporting is really well developed and diversified. It is also user-friendly and looks modern and nice.

When it comes to Deel's Engage modules, the best feature is also customizability, the ability to run multiple different processes at the same time. I have different people in different locations, so I prefer being able to adjust everything according to local specific needs.

Deel has significantly reduced the amount of manual labor the HR team needs to put in when it comes to specifics of onboarding in various different countries. I created automation workflows. I simplified a lot of things that previously had to be done manually.

When it comes to other things such as performance cycle or surveys, it has the option to remind employees from within the platform, so I don't have to send out email or Slack reminders manually.

When it comes to employees, it has significantly improved their experience in the performance cycle because it has shortened the time needed to fill out the forms. It is all put in one place and very easy to go through.

Also when it comes to EOR employees specifically, previously when I used a different HRIS software, they had to log in time taken off in both the EOR platform and the HRIS platform. The fact that I use Deel for both actually makes it easier for them because they don't have to log it twice. They only log it in the one platform.

There are some minor things that I am looking forward to seeing improved in Deel, such as employment types. For example, I hire a lot of interns and there isn't a specific employment type for intern. There are employment types for direct employee, contractor and similar, but nothing for interns. There is a way to work around it by saying an intern is actually a direct employee and then implementing a custom field, but it would be really good if there was a general field to recognize interns as a part of the workforce. That is something that comes to mind.

I think there are still some things that Deel will improve over time and then I will be happy to give it a 10 out of 10. Given the fact that it is still a fairly new HRIS system, there are minor improvements that can be made from that perspective of purely admin work, for example, correcting data in the fields once you import them when changing a salary. If I input one salary incorrectly, I need to import another line. I cannot just correct the previous field, which some of the other HRIS systems allow. This way, on one hand I have full tracking of all the logs so I am not missing if someone corrected something or did any changes, but on the other hand, it also remains visible in the logs. Even if it is a small human error, there is no way to make it very well structured and polished when I am drawing, for example, a historical report of all the salary changes. Such things are minor improvements that I believe would come over time. Once those are implemented, it would be a 10 out of 10.

I have been using Deel for somewhat over a year now.

Deel is very stable.

I have received the best support I have ever seen. Deel offers 24/7 support, is always available, always follows up on the tickets, and always helps me find the solution. Definitely the best support I have ever had.

I previously used three different EOR solutions. The latest one I used was Native Teams. I decided to change because in one of the countries where I was hiring, their local support was not good enough for my needs. The HRIS tool I previously used was BambooHR which was good but it was not highly customizable and did not allow me to run my processes the way I wanted to. As for performance management, I previously used Lattice, which was a really great tool but it was really highly priced. I decided to move on from that.

I can say that when it comes to the performance cycle, we achieved 90 plus percent in peer reviews, while previous years it was maybe around 50%. Also, I can say that I cut the onboarding time basically in half for the admin part of onboarding with the automations.

Time saved on manual onboarding tasks is around about 50%, time saved in onboarding employees in new countries is also about 50%. Time is better used when employing employees in different countries, definitely more than 50% because I don't have to investigate the markets as much because legal has really great local support. Those are the metrics that come to mind.

It was a really good experience. Everything was very transparent and if I decide to go for a contract for a longer period of time or order forms for a longer period of time, a discount is provided. Pricing was very reasonable when compared to other vendors.

I did evaluate other EOR options, though I am not sure what they were.

Every time I want to open up a new market, I have to go through a new process of reviewing employment contracts. I have some specific things that I want to have in my employment contracts. Deel's legal team informs me if that is possible or that is not possible in the market due to compliance. Then they help me find additional wording or help me tweak it so I can offer whatever I want best. For example, I offer unlimited PTO as a benefit. They help me find a way on how to put that in a contract or how to just manage that after the hiring process.

I would like to add that Deel's team is very responsive and whenever I give product feedback, I either get an explanation around where it is on the roadmap or I see it implemented quite soon. So kudos on that.

I would say don't do what I did. I first underestimated Deel and was only looking at EOR. Then I discovered that Deel is so much more than EOR. I would encourage people to look at their whole set because I think in the long run, having an all-in-one HR platform will be very beneficial for user adoption across the employees. I am even looking to expand my current modules with an additional one with Deel going in the future.

I am very happy with Deel and where they are going. I think having an all-in-one HR platform is a very powerful tool for data analytics, analysis, tracking various KPIs and metrics. Not having to consolidate data from multiple different sources is what really makes HR's work easier. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.

My main use of Deel is to manage our employees and contractors across multiple countries. It allows us to simplify the complexity of understanding laws and formalities across the globe, maximizing our talent opportunities, which enables us to hire specific talent in different countries while having a single payroll, which simplifies our operations.

For a specific example of a situation where Deel particularly helped me manage an international hire, we needed a developer quickly in the blockchain field. These developers are quite difficult to find and we were able to quickly hire someone under contract as a contractor in Vietnam. That is one example among others; we were also able to quickly hire developers in India depending on our needs.

In my opinion, the best features that Deel offers are those that allow you to manage your employees and contractors across different countries without needing to create entities in each country. Additionally, the ability to manage all payroll with a single payment, meaning the payment for all our employees and contractors, is invaluable. These are the main features that we use.

Among these features, the one that has simplified my daily operations the most is the single payroll, having a Global Payroll for our entire workforce.

Deel has had a positive impact on my organization because it has allowed us to manage our workforce in a transparent manner, which has given us real flexibility and agility to hire. It has also given us access to talent around the world and not only in the country where our company is based. This access to a pool of talent and more opportunities in different countries without needing to deal with the legal complexities in those countries and without needing to create entities in each country is what truly sets Deel apart.

I think Deel could mainly be improved around payroll-related features, for example, the management and possibility to add insurance for employees such as health insurance. The feature does exist, but for us it is quite expensive compared to doing it ourselves. So we prefer to handle it ourselves. The same applies to renting IT equipment for employees, which is a good feature but has pricing that is too high, which means we prefer to manage this ourselves. Another aspect is that some settings that are really specific to certain countries cannot be configured in the interface and require directly contacting customer service. A concrete example is 35-hour contracts in France, which is a French specificity and cannot be configured directly in the tool. Fortunately, the customer service is very responsive and supported us with these elements.

I have been using Deel for 5 years.

In my opinion, Deel is stable.

I think Deel is perfectly scalable. The interface is well designed, and it allows you to group and create multiple entities. Another aspect is that we do not have just one company; we have three companies in three different countries. We can create entities so that with the same Deel account, we can add several entities in different countries, and for each entity we can manage contractors and employees. The tool is extremely scalable and can adapt to the company's own growth. As we create new entities in different countries to internationalize, we can manage everything from the same interface and the same Deel account.

I rate Deel's customer support as responsive and effective. As a first step, via the chat, we are put in contact with an artificial intelligence that often responds in a relevant and effective way, which is more effective than other AIs we may encounter on other sites. The AI itself already manages to cover a certain number of needs, and if we have truly specific needs, we can always ask for our question to be transferred to human employees of the customer support who always have the patience to effectively solve problems, coming back either directly via chat or later by email, especially if they need to consult another department such as Deel's legal department. Up to now, we have always been able to resolve the issues we encountered effectively and quickly.

I did not use another solution before adopting Deel; there is no other solution.

I have seen a return on investment thanks to Deel, mainly through time savings and the possibility for a single person managing the company, who is part of the company's board, to manage the entire workforce without needing to go through a human resources department. Additionally, we have realized the possibility of saving legal fees and lawyer fees in different countries thanks to Deel's legal support on labor laws in various countries. We have not precisely measured the gains, but they are significant and proven. The qualitative gains are also considerable, as by giving us flexibility and agility to work with and hire talent around the world easily, without needing to create entities and without needing to take care of local laws, we can manage all of this with a single person in our company. This is a considerable gain since we do not need to hire other people. It is even part-time management that requires little time overall because most payroll functionalities are handled automatically by the tool.

The pricing is perfectly acceptable for us, whether for employees or contractors. It is justified by the gain and the return on investment of the tool as a whole.

I would advise other companies considering using Deel that it is an excellent tool that still requires some learning in the beginning phase, but the tool is well designed and intuitive. There are many things you can manage on your own, either by exploring the interface, using the help, and the documentation. If you have specific needs, there is always the AI there to assist you and humans who are there to assist you with all other specific needs. I would say that you should really trust the platform, which is a good and effective platform whose onboarding is relatively fast and with which you can quickly become autonomous in managing all your workforce-related needs. I give this review a rating of 10.

My main use case for Deel is managing payroll across different countries. We have employees across multiple countries in different setups. Some we have local entities, some we do EOR, we have some contractors on there, and we also do IT there. The biggest thing for me is managing payroll in different countries.

In Germany, we have a local entity, a GmbH, and Deel manages the payroll operations there end-to-end. At the end of each month, we submit our payroll report, they do all the processing. I transfer Deel money, and they then pay out all the employees the correct amount. This is really significant for us because Germany is notoriously difficult to manage payroll and employer-employee contracts. There is a lot of legal work behind it, and having everything consolidated onto one clear platform to simplify that complexity, along with having the great support team there who always responds incredibly quickly and is very helpful, has been amazing.

The best features Deel offers, in my opinion, are compliant checking and compliant offboarding employees from an IT perspective. We are a SOC 2 compliance startup, so from the data management side, that is very important. We had a fully remote employee sitting in a different jurisdiction, and we needed to clean or offboard him. I was stressing about managing logistics and delivery in a compliant manner, but we got the laptop through Deel. With the push of a button, Deel took care of the whole thing, picking up the laptop, wiping it, managing all of this for us, and then storing it for when the next team member needed it. It was great.

I found the process completely painless. Deel is not the cheapest provider out there, but I am a one-man, more or less one-man ops team. We run a very lean operation in terms of HR and operations. Deel is not the cheapest, but they are really on point and do what they do very well. You can trust and rely on them to get the job done the way they say they will. Should you run into any issues, the support is always there to help you. In this case, I was worried about when pickup was going to happen and how they would handle all of this. I was stressing a bit, reached out to them on Slack, and they were super helpful and responded within less than 30 minutes. It was really great.

Deel has positively impacted my organization. The team is very happy with it. Things just work. It is humming along in the background. In general, I think most startups do not want to think too much about how to structure HR and compliance. They just need it done, they need it done right, and they need it done out of sight, preferably. Deel has allowed us to stay incredibly lean and effective with our resource allocation to just get the job done easily.

I cannot think of anything to improve off the top of my head. It is not the cheapest solution out there, but I think they have every right to charge a bit of a premium because it is a premium service. It is not particularly more expensive than other options. Of course, it is more expensive than doing it in-house, but it works well, and you need it to work. I cannot really think of anything which I feel is lacking right now. German compliance and German payroll are complicated. We have run into some issues before, but I struggle to say if this is really Deel-related or if it is just the general issues with the system. Deel has always been very helpful in sorting it out.

I have been working in my current field for three and a half years.

Deel is super stable.

Deel's scalability is incredibly scalable. We have grown from being two people to 40, and we are also managing contractors. As soon as you need something, they are right there for you. Super scalable.

Deel's customer support is excellent, top tier.

At my previous company, we used Workmotion. This was not at Beam; it was a previous company. They were pretty buggy and nowhere near as reliable as Deel, so I was not happy with them, which is why I pushed to keep working with Deel, and I have been very pleasantly surprised.

It is hard for me to say if I have seen a return on investment, as I have only ever known Deel. We have been working with them from the very start, so I do not have anything to compare it to. Money-wise, we save a couple thousand, or maybe around €1,000 a month, if we really add everything up from if I was doing it manually, but this is more of a time thing for me than it is a money thing.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been very transparent. Another bit of an issue is that there is quite a bit of a lock-in period for a lot of it. Some things are annual. I would appreciate a bit more flexibility. That is also a bit of a drawback. However, it is very transparent with pricing, and I would say there are no real unexpected costs.

We did not really evaluate other options before choosing Deel. We needed to get set up with something quickly. Deel was recommended to us, and we never had any reason to switch.

I do not think I have anything else to add about how I am using Deel. In general, though, I love working with Deel. They grow, and it allows us to grow naturally with them. We started very simple, and whenever I feel that we as a company are growing and run into something that I think will be painful or a headache, Deel just naturally has that solution. So it is exactly as complex or as easy as I need it to be. I know there is a bunch more features that Deel can offer. Maybe someday I will need them, maybe someday I do not, but I am confident that we can keep using and benefiting from Deel in an easy, painless way.

I would say we save hundreds of hours every month, around 100 hours every month.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to go for it. We are a pretty early-stage startup, around 40 people right now. Obviously, different companies need different things, but I do not see any reason for us to switch for a very, very long time. If you want something easy that is incredibly flexible for a globally distributed workforce, Deel is the one for you. I love it and highly recommend it. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.

I use Deel to create profiles, sign contracts, and handle payroll, which are the main functions I rely on.

First, I create a profile for payroll or contracts. For example, I create a new contractor and set up their email, contract details, and specify whether they are a contractor or employee, if they are fixed-rate, hourly, or milestone-based. Deel has a standard agreement that we use without modification. We have reviewed that agreement with our lawyer, and it is perfect, so there is no need for modifying it. After creating the contract, it has to be signed by our CEO. Once it is signed by the CEO, then I send the invite to our contractor. The contractor receives an invite from Deel and has to follow the steps. Deel has an onboarding process that includes signing the contract and filling up forms. For example, if someone is out of the US, then they have to fill the W-8BEN form and add some details. Deel also verifies identity, and if necessary, they request some extra documentation according to the country where the person lives. After that, everything is set up for a new contractor to begin working with us.

Then, for payroll, about 10 days before the end of each month, Deel automatically creates every single invoice so I can review, modify, or do anything that I need. Then I can make the payment, and that is it.

The payroll is really fast. Once everything is done on Deel, I share with my CEO the code and the amount, and he makes a bank transfer. In about an hour or even less, every single contractor gets paid, and that is amazing because when you are a contractor, what you expect at the end of the month is your payment, and we have never had any problem with that.

The part I love the most about Deel is the contract feature because there is no need to use another platform like DocuSign, which is a great platform, but if you have everything here on Deel, that is even better. That is something I appreciate the most, and I also appreciate that you do not have to worry about compliance because that is something that Deel takes care of.

I find the contract feature so valuable compared to using another platform because they have an option when you invite a new contractor; they have to submit their documentation, such as ID verification and taxes. That is also an important one. When we are hiring contractors, we do not care about that because our goal is to pay them, and that is it. But Deel is always taking care of the contractor, so that is another plus.

Deel has positively impacted my organization because at the beginning, when I started here at FX Replay as HR Coordinator, they were not using Deel. To make payments, I had to run around to catch or find my CEO to make the payment, and it was annoying. It also took so long because when you make a bank transfer internationally, it takes up to two days, sometimes even more. With Deel, we do not have that problem. The contracts were also complicated; I had to manually modify every single contract to share with the new contractor and wait for DocuSign, then send it to the contractor, and it was a long process. Now that we have everything automatically in Deel, we save a lot of time, and we can have someone ready to work with us in about a day.

Now, paying contractors takes about 30 minutes; before, it used to take two or three days.

For now, I do not think there is something that Deel could do better than they do now. Last week, they contacted me to check some new features on the platform, and I was selected to check that. I am a beta user for Deel, and that is amazing because I am aware of every single new feature they are launching on the platform. That is why I do not see any improvement; they are constantly improving the platform.

Right now, they are keeping up with everything.

I have been using Deel for two years.

Deel's scalability is great; they can handle growth and more users easily. They have a really great support team, and our Customer Support Manager is always on top of everything that we need, so they can handle it for sure.

The customer support is one of the things I love the most about Deel. We as FX Replay have our own CSM, Customer Support Manager. This person from Mexico is always taking care of me, and every time I have a question, we have a meeting where she explains everything to me. She is always there for me, always taking care, and always providing solutions. They also have an AI tool on the platform that can answer all your questions, and if the AI is not providing enough information, you can contact your CSM to solve it with no problem.

Deel was the first solution we used for payroll or contracts. We have received invites and seen many other platforms, but they are not as user-friendly as Deel, and that is why we have not changed from Deel.

I do not think we have seen a return on investment, but we have saved a lot of time. Right now, time is money, and when you are in a startup, it is all about time. The biggest saving we have had is about time. We are not necessarily hiring fewer employees. In fact, we are increasing and hiring more people, but specifically for HR, which is me, there is no need for hiring another person because I can do it myself.

What I could talk about is about support.

Regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing, as we have grown a lot, many other companies have contacted the CEO to offer their services. The people from Deel told me, "If you ever have a new proposal, just let us know, and we can see what we can do." It has worked because every time I receive a new contact for a competitor of Deel, we get together, I show them what they are offering me, and they try to make it better for us, discussing pricing, so that is amazing. They always keep us happy and up-to-date with everything.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to be honest and transparent with your information. Provide Deel with every tip or single thing that they need or want to improve. For example, if there is something that another company is looking for and Deel does not have it yet, be sure that they will be working on trying to get this and provide a solution.

We began transitioning to Deel last year, initially partnering with them around March, with a full transition completed by May. Since then, we have been using Deel for payroll processing and onboarding of our international contractors, with all payroll, invoicing, and related processes managed through the platform.

Deel has been especially valuable in supporting our international workforce, as contractors across different countries are subject to varying compliance requirements. The platform helps us navigate these complexities and ensures that all processes are handled accurately and in compliance with local regulations.

Additionally, we utilize Deel for background checks, which are an essential part of our hiring process. Overall, Deel serves as a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for payroll, contracts, compliance, and background checks.

The most valuable features of Deel for us are payroll, onboarding, and background checks. Deel offers a wide range of background check options, including soft checks, employment and education verification, and most importantly, international background checks, which are essential for our security standards.

As an HR Business Operations Specialist, Deel has significantly streamlined my work in payroll, onboarding, contracts, and background checks. The platform is efficient, well-organized, and saves us a great deal of time. I highly recommend Deel, especially for teams managing international contractors.

For background checks, Deel typically indicates a turnaround time of around 10 days once all requirements are completed. However, in our experience, the process often exceeds this timeframe, resulting in delays in receiving reports.

Improving and shortening this turnaround time would be highly beneficial. Delivering results within the expected timeframe (ideally 10–11 days or less) would help us meet audit and documentation requirements, as all onboarding documents must be completed within the employee’s first month.

I have been working with SSL.com for almost three years now. We started using Deel last year, I believe in May.

I reached out to Deel support, and they are very helpful. They respond to me within the day or as soon as possible and provide assurance that they check the status of the background check report. They also give an estimated date of completion so that we can be informed of when we will receive the report for that new hire.

Deel support also helps us when we have issues with pay cycles and everything for a specific contractor. They really help us fix those issues as soon as possible because it affects the payouts for that specific person.

Customer support is very good. They respond as soon as possible and provide clear explanations and clear expectations. When I recently reached out about one of our new hires' background check reports, they provided a specific timeline and also said that if we have no updates by that time, we can reach out to them.

Before Deel, payroll was processed manually by a billing manager, with payouts handled individually. With Deel, the process is now automated and well-organized, making payments more efficient. It also includes time tracking, giving us better visibility into payroll amounts.

Since transitioning to Deel, we’ve saved significant time. Previously, we used multiple tools for payroll, time tracking, and PTO, but now everything is managed in one centralized platform.

We also considered Gusto, but management was unable to proceed with it, especially for managing international contractors.

I recommend using Deel, especially for companies hiring international contractors. It simplifies compliance by adapting to country-specific regulations and varying contract requirements across different countries. Deel also guides you through the necessary compliance steps before issuing contracts. Overall, I would rate Deel 8 out of 10.

My main use case for Deel is employing team members or working with contractors in countries where we don't have an entity.

A quick specific example of how I've used Deel is that we onboard new joiners into Deel, set up all their contracts and employment via Deel in the system, and then manage their employment through Deel. Things such as their payroll all go through Deel.

The best features Deel offers are its core product offering that enables us to work with people in countries where we don't have an entity, which has really opened the doors to global talent for us that we wouldn't have been able to access otherwise and enabled us to do this legally and compliantly. The actual interface is easy to use, there are many different features, and Deel also offers a lot of integrations with other HR tools such as Hibob, so you can sync with other tools that you are using, which has been really helpful.

A really helpful integration for us has been the Hibob integration, where we sync time off directly from Hibob into Deel, and it all mirrors between the two. We ask all our team to book their time off in Hibob, so they don't have to do this again in Deel, which has been really helpful. Another one we use is the Slack integration, which sends important notifications from Deel via Slack, making it more integrated into our day-to-day workflow.

Deel has impacted us positively by enabling us to work with talent globally, particularly in countries where we don't have entities, which has really enabled us to access great talent.

Deel can be improved because it offers so many features, and sometimes this can be a bit overwhelming. Trying to find a particular feature can be a bit difficult, but that is just because Deel offers so many amazing features.

I find the on-demand payroll feature overly complicated. If you want to add a one-off payment to someone's payroll, the process feels convoluted, and that could definitely be improved and streamlined to make it easier to add things such as a one-off bonus.

I have been using Deel for one and a half years.

Deel is stable most of the time. However, every now and then, there are a few bugs, and it can take a while to load, but most of the time it is fine.

Deel's scalability is good. We have been able to scale our team with it, and it still seems to work in the same way. From what I have heard from other companies, you can use it at a much larger scale than we currently are as well.

The customer support is great. We have a dedicated Slack channel where we can get 24/7 support, and they reply really quickly, plus we have a dedicated account manager.

I did not previously use a different solution at my current company, but in the past, I have used other competitors, for example, Remote.com.

We have definitely seen a return on investment, mostly in terms of time saved and the value-add in being able to hire globally wherever we want.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is overall good, as we were able to negotiate our current pricing based on the number of team members we have set up via Deel. We have also checked our pricing with competitors, and it does seem relatively in line with what is out there.

Before choosing Deel, we evaluated other options, including Remote and Rippling.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to check out the competitors and see if they offer anything more suited to your needs, such as more integrations or a more all-in-one package if you have not already got an HRIS. Generally, check the support available. Will you be able to get a dedicated Slack channel and other things like that? Also, check if it offers the kind of contracts you need in the countries you require, as Deel might not necessarily service a country where you need it. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

My main use case for Deel is global payroll. Previously, I used it for EOR or Employee of Record, but currently I use it for global payroll, and Deel also manages and maintains our entities in the Philippines and South Africa, helping us with the setup of these entities as well.

For global payroll, I use Deel for taxes, including employee taxes and payroll. Meanwhile, for entity maintenance, Deel assists us with compliance, especially with the entity in South Africa.

Currently, I only use Deel for global payroll and entity maintenance.

One of the best features that Deel offers is global payroll along with the convenience it provides, not just to employers, but also to employees themselves.

This convenience is evident because Deel handles the employer and employee taxes, which helps us maintain and comply with employee tax requirements, making it easier for us as well.

Another valuable feature is that Deel is very helpful when we have any HR or compliance-related concerns. They are responsive, and their knowledge base is extensive, considering they have HR experts for each country.

Deel positively impacts our organization by making processes easier and faster, which contributes significantly. It saved us a lot of time, especially for me since I am the only one handling everything for the entities.

I could say the most valuable aspect is global payroll, particularly since it is now automated. Previously, we had to do calculations and double-checking, but now, with Deel's assistance and features, the process is much easier and saves us considerable time.

For improvement with Deel, the focus is on the entity side, as we have experienced some delays regarding the entity setup, with the actual timeline being far from what they provided. I think they could improve their timelines and be more proactive with assistance regarding Deel maintenance and setup.

Another area for improvement could be invoicing. Recently, we have had a lot of issues regarding the invoices we received from Deel, and I raised many concerns and tickets about these incorrect invoices, along with delays regarding refunds, which also need improvement.

I have been with Deel since October 2025. When I first joined the company, we were transitioning to Deel, and I was part of the process from the very first day with Deel up to this day.

Deel is stable for our organization.

Regarding scalability, Deel seems to be growing fast, and I think they adapt well. However, I hope that as they grow fast, their services will not be negatively affected.

Deel's customer support is very fast and responsive. They are also proactive whenever I have any concerns, which is why I give a 10 out of 10 for their customer support.

We previously used Talen-sum and RecruitGro, with Talen-sum specifically for the Philippines. We switched because, instead of working with two different vendors, Deel offers services for both countries, which is easier for us and consolidates employees into one payroll system.

Regarding pricing, setup costs, and licensing, I would say there could be improvements needed, as setup costs could be cheaper or they could explore other third-party vendors that could help save on costs and assist clients. What I love about Deel is that they are flexible and open to negotiations regarding the pricing of some of their services.

We are also working with Rippling and although our CEO looked into it, we decided to stick with Deel and its services.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to know the strengths and weaknesses of your current system. This way, Deel will be able to assist you specifically with those concerns, as they are very flexible and can tailor the services based on your needs. Effective communication is crucial when dealing with Deel, and sometimes you need to be proactive and follow up, which is understandable given they have multiple clients.

I am very thankful for Deel. They were a significant help for us, especially during our transition from our previous payroll, and as we grew, Deel supported us. Whenever we need something or assistance, Deel is there, making our lives easier. I gave this review an overall rating of 8 out of 10.

We use Deel primarily to hire talent across the globe and to manage payroll through Deel. Onboarding and offboarding are huge parts of our employee cycle, and we also manage some of the expenses that our employees might have. Payroll is quite an important aspect of our usage.

Once we have closed a job position, we start the onboarding process from Deel. Once we set up all the important information, such as the personal information from a contractor's side, we set up a Deel contract. Once both parties sign, we start the general onboarding within the company as well. Deel is set up in an interesting way, so we don't really interfere with employees' personal information such as their bank information or sensitive data. This information is offloaded from our side because contractors set up the transfer information themselves. They set up whether they want to be an individual contractor or a B2B client, and this is really seamless and secure, which helps us streamline processes.

When it comes to onboarding, we use a general onboarding process that we have at the company as internal onboarding, but through Deel, we set up all payroll information. If there are any expenses that the company needs to cover, we also handle that through Deel.

We also use Deel for time-off logging, which is quite important to have everything in one place. We know where everybody is from and what country's compliance they are using or what country's holidays and time-offs apply. Having this one-stop shop for all of our employees is quite crucial, and I am really happy that we use Deel on a daily basis. Deel has really streamlined the platform, and it advances on a daily basis. Although there are some bugs and challenges that we have faced along the way, everybody is super eager to hear back from customers, and we always have catch-ups and meetings, even with our customer success representative. They are open to ideas and process improvements, which is really commendable.

We have been using Deel for around two years.

People are more comfortable and more organized since we have a couple of different processes within the company that everybody follows through, and Deel helps us to follow the rules very wisely. Deel has brought some consistency within the departments as well as some organizational flows. Everything is done quite rapidly and with low human involvement, which was not really the case before.

Payroll tracking and approving expenses are definitely valuable features for us.

It is quite easy for us to make payments across the globe. Overall, Deel's mission is to hire talent worldwide, and I think that is what it does for us as well. It has helped us to reach everybody in a timely manner and serves as a one-stop shop when it comes to handling multiple payrolls in different countries. For some accountants and from a finance perspective, that might seem quite a time-consuming task, whereas with Deel, we streamline that within a couple of clicks, which is quite important.

With some of the updates, there are sometimes bugs that we face, so checking some of the updates from the user perspective could work the best.

I remember there were some updates with approving expenses, and I think they also integrated AI within it. Before I approve some of the expenses, AI reads all of the documents that people have usually submitted. If it is in a different currency or a different language, then Deel flags it, and it is not really visible from my end. We have had a couple of cases when some of the expenses were pending for a couple of months due to that factor, so I think that is quite an important thing to pay attention to.

All of those bugs that come with updates lower the overall experience, and the pricing might be quite expensive for some companies in Europe.

Overall, it is within our budget usually. I know that Deel EOR is a little bit more pricey than onboarding average contractors, but it makes sense in the end of the day. This decision is not really from my perspective, so I cannot really comment more on this.

Deel handles scalability well for our needs.

I really appreciate one feature on Deel where you can actually book a call with the customer success representative from the homepage. Everybody is super responsive via email or via call as well, so I would rate the customer service as excellent.

Before, we were using more manual solutions where our finance team had to do onboarding and all of that manually. We moved on to Deel to bring more automation to the table.

I would say the time saved with our processes is a key benefit, but I cannot really comment on other topics at the moment.

We did not evaluate other options while choosing Deel.

I would say to revert back to your team, understand if that is something your team really needs, and if the company really needs it as well. I would say to do good research before jumping into Deel because I think the platform can offer more than just doing the payroll. I would say to do the research, talk with people, talk with Deel representatives, and get a customized plan for each and every one of you. It is a really cool platform, a really great initiative with a really good mission behind it, so let us try to use it to its fullest. I would rate this review eight out of ten.

I have been using Deel for the past six years. My main use case for Deel is global payroll, EOR, and freelancers. We use EOR when we want to hire someone based in a country where we don't have a local entity, and for short-term projects, we hire freelancers.

It has been a pleasure to work with Deel. We have been able to set up three different entities in the US, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Denmark. Everything has been smooth. They are incredible with their customer service. You can get any type of answer in less than 24 hours, which is a great addition for anyone working in payroll and HR.

All features offered by Deel are just a click away. You can organize your time when you want to do your payroll, and I also appreciate the fact that you need to approve, pre-approve, and approve again before launching any payment.

Global payroll is the feature I find myself using the most, and it saves me so much time, both for me and my team leader. It results in a significant gain in the time that we are spending on payroll.

The positive impact of Deel on my organization is significant. For payroll, everything is sequenced, which helps us understand when and where we have to start our payroll process and when it stops. The fact that everything is viewable from the homepage to know exactly when the payroll opens, when it closes, and what approval we need makes everything at a glance super useful.

The fact that Deel has very talented and operational payroll managers helps us reduce the stress of having to know everything related to one country's tax and payroll obligations. For peace of mind, it is invaluable, and having everything at a glance on the homepage about what you have to do, when, and how is also super useful. You are sure you are not going to miss anything, and you will be fully compliant with each jurisdiction.

Deel updates their design and website quite frequently, which I understand is for the sake of improving user experience, but sometimes it is really hard to find something you have been looking for. They change places all the time, but you have to be a very active user. If you are just a light user, such as checking for some information, you might get lost at some point. However, if you are a regular user of the platform, you can navigate through this.

Deel's scalability is great.

The customer support from Deel is amazing. That is their strength in my opinion. They offer 24/7 availability, and I have nothing to add apart from spectacular customer support.

I tried to use Multiply to check and compare with Deel, as we had already been with Deel. I wanted to have a second provider, but Multiply was not as good as Deel, so we did not go further with the contract and never worked with them. I evaluated Remote, Oyster, and Multiply before choosing Deel.

I have definitely seen a return on investment with fewer employees needed. Since we operate in many different countries, if I had to hire one specialized HR person for each country, it would be super expensive. Having just one person dedicated to payroll for the full spectrum of our global payroll is definitely some money saved.

I would advise others looking into using Deel to have the finance person in their company participate in setting up the product together because in terms of invoicing. I give this product a rating of 10 out of 10.

One of the best features Deel offers is the ability to hire globally without setting up local entities. This lets us onboard employees in 150+ countries while Deel handles contracts, taxes, and benefits, and still gives us flexibility to create custom documents and policies. It also supports paying contractors across regions like Poland, Costa Rica, and the Philippines.

The feature we use most day-to-day is global payroll management. We rely on it every two weeks for salary processing, contractor payments, bonuses, and off-cycle payments.

Overall, Deel has had a strong positive impact on our organization. It simplifies international hiring, payroll, and compliance, while saving time, reducing administrative work, and helping us track contractor time-off requests in one place.

One area for improvement in Deel is its user interface and navigation. At times, it can feel overwhelming—especially for new users—due to the number of tabs and settings, which can slow down simple tasks or cause confusion.

Overall, the customer support is good; they are generally responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially for day-to-day concerns, and they are very fast and responsive most of the time, which is really helpful especially for time-sensitive payroll concerns.

Before using Deel, we managed international hiring and payroll through a mix of local payroll providers and manual processes including spreadsheets and direct bank transfers; we also used QuickBooks and Gusto.

While exact numbers sometimes vary, Deel actually reduces payroll processing time by around 50 to 80 percent. One of the features that I appreciate about Deel is that it has a generated report wherein we can use to filter the data that we need in order to process the payroll. It also allows us to have a faster global hiring process; instead of days, it sometimes would only take two to three hours to process the contractor onboarding, and when it comes to hiring full-time employees or contractors, instead of taking months to set up a specific entity, in Deel it would only take days, which is really good speed for us to become efficient.

We have definitely seen a positive return on investment, mainly through time savings, reduced compliance risk, and avoiding the cost of setting up local entities.

Before choosing Deel, we evaluated a few other global payroll and EOR platforms to make sure that we picked the best fit for our needs, exploring platforms including Remote, which we considered because it is strong in compliance and EOR services, but it is slightly less flexible in contractor payments compared to Deel.

My advice would be to clearly understand your global hiring and payroll needs first, and then take time to properly set up Deel and use its automation features; it is a powerful platform, but you get the most value when you align it with your processes and scale gradually. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.
