I have been using Deel's tools for exactly one year, in particular the Employer of Record feature to be employed in Sweden as part of our international development. My main use case for Deel is the Employer of Record, which enables me to employ myself in Sweden. This is a very useful and effective feature for accomplishing that.

Global employment tools have enabled seamless hiring abroad and crypto-based salary payments
Pros and Cons
- "Deel has had a positive impact on my organization by providing noticeable time savings in the ability to establish myself abroad by making the operation almost painless in terms of time invested."
- "Regarding pricing, installation costs, and license management with Deel, I find that it is still expensive, but at the same time these are market prices, so I understand the logic."
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
One of Deel's major strengths is the ability to pay in cryptocurrency, especially in the USDC stablecoin, because our company works in this sector. Both from a technical and ideological standpoint, that was a key criterion for us.
Deel's best features are the extremely smooth Employer of Record system and a very smooth app and interface, where I can find everything I want. The tools are very efficient and the ability to pay in USDC stablecoin is invaluable.
The smoothness of the interfaces and the management of payment in stablecoin provides noticeable time savings by having a good interface and features that I can easily find. It essentially saves time by spending less time on administrative tasks thanks to these tools.
Deel has had a positive impact on my organization by providing noticeable time savings in the ability to establish myself abroad by making the operation almost painless in terms of time invested. Without going through Deel, it would have been extremely complicated. The ability to establish myself abroad without major difficulty is the notable impact.
This time saving helps accelerate my international development.
What needs improvement?
A minor point that could be optimized would be the speed of the interfaces and the application, for it to be even faster than today and more fluid.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working in this field for almost ten years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Deel seems stable to me in my daily use, with no issues to report.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I assess the scalability of Deel as very scalable indeed, and that is what is interesting. It shows that in the context of development, there is potential to grow thanks to it.
How are customer service and support?
I have called on Deel's customer support a few times, and I have always found answers to my questions. They are quite responsive, notably via the account manager.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not use another solution before using Deel.
How was the initial setup?
Deel is deployed in my organization using the cloud.
What about the implementation team?
I use Deel on their website, that is all, so I do not see the connection with the cloud.
What was our ROI?
I have not seen a return on investment with Deel for the moment, as I do not have any figures; it has only been a year, so I will have that feedback later.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Regarding pricing, installation costs, and license management with Deel, I find that it is still expensive, but at the same time these are market prices, so I understand the logic.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I evaluated other options and competitors before choosing Deel, but I do not remember the names, and Deel came out as the best solution.
What other advice do I have?
The service is almost perfect for the way I am using it at the moment, so I do not necessarily have any points to flag. I would give Deel a rating of nine out of ten. I am satisfied with Deel, I find everything I want, it is effective. For me, it is a ten, and there is nothing to complain about. My advice to a company that is considering adopting Deel is to try it.

Streamlined global payroll and onboarding have saved time and now support accurate payouts
Pros and Cons
- "Deel has positively impacted my organization by providing a more comprehensive solution."
- "The risk assessment process could be improved because, as a billing manager on a contractual agreement, I was flagged as high risk during onboarding, and it took several months to resolve with limited transparency and guidance on how to address the issue."
What is our primary use case?
My primary use case for Deel is payroll management and streamlined employee onboarding.
For payroll management, I track hours and then receive payment after two weeks or every other cutoff. After work hours get approved, the system generates an invoice, and employees can withdraw their earnings after receiving confirmation that payroll has been approved and added to the Deel balance.
Beyond payroll management and employee onboarding, I utilize background checks as well.
What is most valuable?
The best features Deel offers are the payroll processing and how easy it is to track hours, then approve those work hours, review them, approve, and then invoice and process payroll. It is very efficient, really very accurate, and less time-consuming.
What is really helpful is that, unlike the platforms I have used before, Deel is error-proof. There are fewer chances of mistakes because everything is streamlined on Deel. Employees track their time, and then managers or HR can check the logged work hours and approve them, and it automatically gets invoiced. When the cutoff is reached, payroll or payout is processed very easily.
Deel has positively impacted my organization by providing a more comprehensive solution. I previously used about three different platforms before I eventually settled with Deel. Managing payroll manually across employees in multiple countries was very time-consuming and prone to errors, but Deel automated payroll processing, invoicing, and onboarding, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of my workflow.
As a billing manager who had to manually track hours and process payroll for each employee based all over the globe, I significantly saved a lot of time and was able to focus on more demanding or urgent tasks with the time I saved from payroll processing.
What needs improvement?
The risk assessment process could be improved because, as a billing manager on a contractual agreement, I was flagged as high risk during onboarding, and it took several months to resolve with limited transparency and guidance on how to address the issue. The resolution ultimately required adjusting my job title, which highlights the need for clearer criteria and more proactive support during risk evaluations.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel for about a year now.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Deel's scalability has been exceptional in handling my growing needs as my organization expands. I have onboarded a lot of people since I started using Deel, so it is really very useful in terms of adding more employees, onboarding, and processing more payroll.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support has been excellent. Response times are fast, and the live chat feature is particularly helpful for resolving issues quickly and assessing real-time assistance directly within the platform.
How was the initial setup?
My experience with the initial setup and implementation of Deel was smooth other than the issue I encountered with the risk assessment process during my onboarding as a billing manager on a contractual agreement. I initially piloted the platform before transitioning the entire team to enable more seamless and efficient payout processing, though I expected it could take months to completely resolve any issues and fully onboard.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Key factors that led my organization to choose Deel over other solutions include that it is very easy to onboard employees regardless of which countries they are based in, including India, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, and even countries from Greece. I was looking for something that could help process payroll and help streamline my workflow or processes, so Deel was really the best for my business needs, and I have been using it since.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Deel is that from an employee perspective, it offers a very user-friendly experience. Features such as easy withdrawals, document signing, leave requests, time tracking, slip access, and proof of employment are all highly convenient. From a managerial standpoint, it is an efficient and reliable tool for handling payroll at scale.
Deel integrates with my existing systems or software with no challenges at this time. Previously, everything was manually tracked and saved in a folder, but with Deel, I just have to upload documents, and employees can easily sign agreements or documents on Deel, making it very useful.
I rate this review a 9 out of 10.

Global hiring has become confident and payroll management is now fully centralized
Pros and Cons
- "Deel has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to hire globally, specifically where we do not have entities, with the Employer of Record option, allowing us to confidently bring on contractors outside of countries where we do not have entities, with less worry about compliance risk."
- "We have encountered a couple of issues when it comes to navigating parental leave and pay or off-boarding and severance payments, which is where we have had our biggest issues."
What is our primary use case?
Deel is our primary HRIS for managing our global workforce, enabling us to process payroll globally, hire employees in locations where we don’t have entities through Employer of Record, and onboard contractors confidently with their Contractor of Record services.
How has it helped my organization?
Previously, payroll ran through six different providers with minimal visibility, and employee information was tracked in spreadsheets. Today, we fully own payroll, operate a centralized HRIS, and hire with confidence while enjoying complete transparency and control over our global team thanks to Deel.
What is most valuable?
The best features Deel offers include its streamlined payroll process. Payroll is particularly easy to manage. I process payroll by myself for three different entities, and the system makes it very efficient.
I also value the Compliance Hub. I’m learning more each day, and it flags compliance updates for the countries we operate in, which gives me confidence that we’re always aligned with local regulations.
Deel has had a significant impact on our organization by enabling us to hire globally. The Employer of Record feature allows us to hire employees in countries where we don’t have entities, while the Contractor of Record feature makes onboarding contractors easy and reduces compliance headaches.
What needs improvement?
I have encountered a few challenges with the Employer of Record aspect, mainly limited visibility into employee pay. A pay approval feature before generating final invoices would be helpful. Our primary pay-related issues have occurred during offboarding and when navigating leave of absence or true-up pay.
On the reporting side, Deel has made significant improvements. However, reporting remains challenging because we manage Contractors, Employer of Record employees, and global payroll employees. Being able to generate a single pay report for all three employee types would be extremely valuable and is currently my biggest challenge with Deel.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Deel for the last two years.
How are customer service and support?
I have had a wonderful experience with Deel’s customer support. From implementation, we had a dedicated implementation specialist, and we continue to work with a wonderful customer success manager. We meet monthly and the in-platform support feature makes it easy to connect directly with support. Overall, their support has been exceptional.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before Deel, our global payroll was managed across multiple providers. We switched to Deel to have a consolidated, centralized HRIS system for our global workforce.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We evaluated other options before choosing Deel, including Rippling, which we ruled out because they couldn’t provide global payroll in a country where we have an entity. We also explored Multiplier but ultimately chose Deel due to the quality of conversations, the solutions they offered, and the overall better experience.
What other advice do I have?
9 - My advice for others considering Deel is to confirm that it meets all your needs and to speak with other users about their experiences with the platform.

Global payroll has become streamlined and onboarding now supports contractors and EOR hiring
Pros and Cons
- "Everybody loves Deel. It is easier for us to track timesheets of our contractors, and I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from the contractors that Deel is pretty easy to navigate and very user-friendly for them."
- "I think Deel could improve by making the platform more customizable and expanding coverage to more immigration policies, such as Singapore."
What is our primary use case?
This is for global payroll and onboarding. As we expanded, Deel helped streamline our process, making it far more efficient. We were also able to begin hiring through employer of record services, which significantly improved and simplified our onboarding experience.
What is most valuable?
I think the payroll itself is the most valuable feature because we used to work on Excel spreadsheets to track payments for contractors worldwide. When we implemented Deel into our system, it became far more efficient for us to pay our contractors, track the payments, see invoices, and provide documentation and verification letters for our contractors worldwide.
We had been doing manual payroll before, and now everything is smoother and consolidated on Deel. We simply need to input all the information, details, and the rate for each contractor, and provide details for our EORs for Deel to process it. The payroll process is significantly smoother compared to using Excel sheets. Since we are still exploring the platform, I do not have additional features to comment on at this time.
What needs improvement?
I think Deel could improve by making the platform more customizable and expanding coverage to more immigration policies, such as Singapore. We currently worked with a customer service manager at Deel as we were supposed to onboard an EOR from Singapore. However, there were limitations from Deel itself regarding how they manage the payroll system and the onboarding system in Singapore. I hope Deel could expand to provide more services in countries with very strict immigration policies or laws for EORs.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel for three years.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I am not certain of Deel's scalability at the moment. The main admin of our Deel account and the person who can see that information is our CFO. I do not have a specific answer to that question yet.
How are customer service and support?
Deel's customer support is very fast and efficient. They respond to our queries right away and we are able to get answers within minutes. They are easier to communicate with and will set up a meeting as soon as they can to resolve our issues right away.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were using ADP for our US employees, but it did not work for us since it was complicated and only provided limited features of what we actually needed. They only offered payroll benefits and similar services. With Deel, everything is available. We have EORs, contractors, US employees, and all the full-time employees that we have. That is why we switched from ADP to Deel.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Deel's pricing is very suitable for the features that we currently have. I know that there will be additional pricing for some features we wanted to add, for example, for laptop equipment if we wanted Deel to handle it themselves. However, the price is very reasonable, and the setup cost as well as the licensing really fit how Deel provides their services to our organization's needs.
What other advice do I have?
Make sure to know the needs of your company and what your employees need apart from the organization. Conduct extensive research, do trials, connect with your customer service manager, and explore the features of the product so you can determine what features you might need from Deel and ensure everything will be customizable.
Time savings is a significant benefit. We used to work on spreadsheets for approximately two hours to double-check information of our employees, their rates, and payments, and we created formulas to track amounts and numbers. With Deel, we can finish everything in about fifteen minutes and approve timesheets far more easily and quickly compared to when we had a small number of employees and were only using Excel spreadsheets.
Everybody loves Deel. It is easier for us to track timesheets of our contractors, and I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from the contractors that Deel is pretty easy to navigate and very user-friendly for them. They are able to get their invoices and download them on time. They receive their payment on time and are able to get verification letters on time when they need them. They are hoping to see more features on Deel in the future and what we can offer. We are looking into health benefits for some contractors. We are also able to track our payments for all the contractors that we pay every month.
We are trying to integrate Deel into our communication channel, which is Slack. We tried to provide engagement events that will automatically be posted in our Slack channels. We are currently working on customizing the process for providing notifications of special events from our contractors to notify everyone in our Slack. I would rate this review a nine out of ten.

Persistent invoicing delays have caused issues while payroll and contract management have improved
Pros and Cons
- "Once that was accomplished, the best thing is knowing that Deel is a great company that is always looking for ways to fix and solve problems and is always thinking about the client."
- "During all these months, I have not been able to solve the issue of invoicing on time, since I have also done it in an outsourced way locally with Let's Deel Colombia."
What is our primary use case?
Deel is primarily used for payroll management for two employees in Dubai. Deel facilitates payroll management for those employees in Dubai because the platform is very intuitive and has many options.
What is most valuable?
Regarding the best features that Deel offers, the support team is always attentive and can help with issues related to payroll, payments, and invoices. The platform is very intuitive, very complete, and has all the information necessary. It has several features that allow me to maintain control.
I have noticed benefits in terms of operational efficiency and improvements in payroll management with Deel, as it is easier to upload information and approve expenses and vacation requests. The time needed to perform those types of actions is very minimal because the platform is well designed, very intuitive, and allows me to do that in an agile way. Deel has solved payroll management for my organization, as I practically use it only for payroll, where I review expenses, manage the workers' contracts, approve invoices, and approve vacation requests.
What needs improvement?
Deel could improve by ensuring that invoices arrive directly as requested so that payment can be made on time. The invoices need to arrive on schedule because it shows all the time that we are late with payments, but if the local invoice is not received through Let's Deel Colombia, payment cannot be made. I hope Deel can solve that communication between them or provide a solution on how to activate that automatically on the platform, which would help make invoicing a more automatic process.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel for approximately six months, since October 2025.
How are customer service and support?
The support team has helped me by allowing me to interact directly with the artificial intelligence on the platform through a chatbot, which helps solve several questions without needing to contact a person. It sends manuals, shares all the information needed at that moment, and gives the option to move to an agent for follow-up. From the support side, they have always been attentive and always respond to requests. Most interactions have been about invoices and the health insurance for the workers. When I first started with Deel, I worked very closely with a success manager who spoke Spanish, making communication very easy, and we had several virtual meetings where they followed up on all pending issues.
What other advice do I have?
Deel has positively impacted my organization because I changed platforms after Deel bought Omnipresent and had to switch in a mandatory way, which caused some controversy at the beginning because they had other conditions that were not present in the previous contract. That is also why invoicing has been the main problem experienced. During all these months, I have not been able to solve the issue of invoicing on time, since I have also done it in an outsourced way locally with Let's Deel Colombia. From the team's side, they have always been very attentive, but a final solution to get the invoices on time has not been found. During the transition months from Omnipresent to Deel, there were several issues obtaining information and being able to create a vendor in my system. Once that was accomplished, the best thing is knowing that Deel is a great company that is always looking for ways to fix and solve problems and is always thinking about the client. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have employees on such a complete platform as Deel. The only thing I can highlight as negative is the invoicing issue, but apart from that, everything has been very good.
My advice for other people considering using Deel is to have a lot of patience at the beginning, as any change is always complicated, although it is always for the better. With Deel, there is the opportunity to keep growing. For larger companies, there is the chance to continue growing internationally. My overall rating for this review is 2 out of 5.

Global hiring has become seamless and international expansion is now moving faster
Pros and Cons
- "Deel allowed us in its initial stage to be able to hire no matter where, and it also allowed some of our employees to be able to relocate."
What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for Deel is allowing us to hire remotely, and we are using their EOR services. When we are deciding to remote or to open an opening position in a place where we don't have an entity, we first look at Deel. We check if Deel has the ability to hire in that country. Furthermore, we are using Deel to understand the benchmark of the relevant area, as well as to understand the laws that might need to be applied once the hire is made. Later on, we are using Deel to onboard our employee.
What is most valuable?
Deel offers in the EOR field many things that are very helpful for a company looking to hire abroad. First, it gives us insights about the specific country, about labor laws and other benefits or perks that should be applied into the contract of the employee. When talking about vacation days, accrual days, insurance, pension, and all the relevant information that we as a company want to give our employees as well as benchmarks, Deel provides comprehensive details. The onboarding process is very clear. The platform itself is very easy to use, and their support is very responsive, including both the support team as well as their CSM.
Deel allowed us in its initial stage to be able to hire no matter where, and it also allowed some of our employees to be able to relocate. Both of these abilities are very helpful for a company facing growth and needing to do international expansion in places where there is no actual entity.
Our ability to hire remotely via Deel has saved us time. Otherwise, we would not have been able to work with people in places where we don't have an entity. For sure, it allowed us to save time, reduce costs in some countries to some extent, and expand into areas where we did not exist before.
What needs improvement?
Some parts of the platform can still be improved. For example, when there is a launch of new areas of the platform, I would be happy if there would be a short video explaining how to use the new platform and to be able to understand more features that are being applied into the system from time to time.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel for two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Deel has been stable for us.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Deel has the possibility to scale or to add employees as much as we want and their system is pretty easy to use and pretty easy if we wish to scale up.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support of Deel is very great and very responsive. Within minutes, normally, we get an initial answer, and later on we get a more detailed answer, and we have never faced any problem with that.
Responsiveness is one of the crucial things that we are using Deel for. The ability of Deel to answer quickly and professionally is very helpful for us, since we are in touch with candidates at the end of the process, and everything needs to be closed into an offer letter that is given by Deel. So the ability to explain all relevant information to us and to the employee is very valuable.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not use any other solution before Deel. However, we have heard good things about Deel, and this is one of the reasons we decided to use Deel at the first stage.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was not problematic.
What was our ROI?
Deel has provided us with a positive return on investment.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience in those matters is that Deel has a very clear pricing policy in regards to all their EOR services, as well as setup costs and offboarding costs if needed. Everything is quite stated and clear once we sign a contract with Deel.
What other advice do I have?
I would suggest that companies look at their needs, as well as the ability of Deel or any provider to help with their needs. My review rating for Deel is eight out of ten.

Streamlined global hiring and payroll have saved time and improved cost control
Pros and Cons
- "My advice for others looking into using Deel is to consider it if you need to streamline payroll; it's really straightforward."
- "There are small things about Deel that could be improved."
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Deel is Employer of Record and payroll. I use Deel for Employer of Record and payroll to hire people globally around the world because we don't have entities, and I've used it to streamline our payroll so we can use one payroll platform.
What is most valuable?
The best features Deel offers include competitive prices, user-friendly technology, and advanced AI.
The platform's user-friendliness shows up in my day-to-day because Deel has an AI bot within the platform, so I can ask the bot any questions, and if they cannot answer it, they refer me to a customer service person. Additionally, they use AI to check expenses.
Deel has positively impacted my organization by improving cost savings, plus I don't have to do payroll manually. Previously, I was manually doing payroll, and now it's all streamlined within Deel platform, allowing me to integrate it with other systems.
In terms of cost savings and integration, I've saved at least four hours a month, and the payroll is a lot more efficient and reliable because I'm not doing manual intervention.
What needs improvement?
There are small things about Deel that could be improved. It would be beneficial if I could add my own project codes when tracking expenses.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel for one and a half to two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Deel is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Deel's scalability is easy because it's in many locations, making it simple to scale.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support from Deel is excellent because they always get back to me within an hour, and the customer support person is very responsive.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used three different solutions, and I switched because it was too much manual work using three different providers. There was nothing wrong with the providers themselves; it was just easier to streamline to one platform.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment from Deel because I've saved time by using one platform for payroll and money because I can now employ people in lower-cost countries.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was positive because the Deel salesperson worked with me to come to an agreement about the price. They are very flexible and patient with me, and everything was straightforward.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Deel a nine on a scale of one to ten. I give Deel a nine because I think it's an excellent system and platform, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I think it's really good value for money, and the technology is great, being really useful and easy to use.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to consider it if you need to streamline payroll; it's really straightforward. Additionally, if you need to employ people globally and you don't have entities, it's a really good solution, providing the best value for money out of all the providers. I rate this review a nine overall.

Global hiring has expanded our senior talent pool and supports compliant growth across countries
Pros and Cons
- "Deel has positively impacted our organization by allowing us to access talent that we otherwise would not be able to hire because we don't have entities in all those countries."
- "Deel can be improved by making adjustments to contract styles, especially regarding incentives or bonuses, which can be a little tricky, as their legal team sometimes takes their time and doesn't show consistency in what they allow and what they don't, but these are relatively minor issues."
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Deel is that we have all of our EORs in Deel right now.
A specific example of how I use Deel for our EORs is that we have about 60 or 70 EORs across more than 12 countries in Deel, and we use it to hire senior people, directors, VPs, and C-levels while staying compliant and accessing talent all over the world, making it quite a powerful tool for that.
What is most valuable?
What is very helpful for us in Deel is their flexibility and adaptability to our needs; for example, we have our own custom PTO policies that are global and applied to all Supersiders, but every EOR has their own PTO policy in their country, and Deel allows us to work in the back end with them to ensure that local regulations and Superside policies remain compliant while being flexible, and they also connect with us in Slack, which is critical for us, including not just our CSM or account representative from Deel but also many of their other team members who help us quickly resolve problems.
Deel has positively impacted our organization by allowing us to access talent that we otherwise would not be able to hire because we don't have entities in all those countries.
This access to talent has changed our organization in all three ways: growth, productivity, and innovation.
What needs improvement?
Deel can be improved by making adjustments to contract styles, especially regarding incentives or bonuses, which can be a little tricky, as their legal team sometimes takes their time and doesn't show consistency in what they allow and what they don't, but these are relatively minor issues.
When managing an offboarding in Deel, their team feels a little less collaborative than we would like them to, considering that they are the employer, and they tend to go too much on the safe side with perhaps overly generous offboardings or packages that could be less aggressive, but their interest is to close it without any issues, which just transfers the cost to us; sometimes we would appreciate stronger partnership on the legal side.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel since I joined Superside, so that's four years ago.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Deel is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Deel's scalability is quite good, as it's the biggest one, I think.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is relatively strong, depending on the CSM that I get; right now, we have a very good one.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not previously use a different solution before Deel, as we also used Deel in previous companies.
What was our ROI?
I have not seen a return on investment with Deel, nor can I share any relevant metrics such as money or time saved or fewer employees needed.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Deel, I evaluated other options, with Remote.com being the primary one, but I looked at a few others too.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to make sure you establish a good relationship with a very good CSM, as that can make or break the Deel experience. I would rate my overall experience with Deel as an 8.
