The initial setup of Gigamon is normal. While it is not particularly easy, it is also not difficult. There were some encountered errors during setup, but these were resolved with the help of email support. Overall, the process is manageable, especially with prior training and resources available. The deployment time varied between one week for one instance and four days for another. The steps involved installing the project manager, deploying physical devices at the customer site, and configuring connections. A total of six staff members were involved, including collaboration partners and company personnel. Currently, there are around eight staff members certified for maintaining the Gigamon solution in the company.
