Real-time collaboration has transformed daily team communication and shared document workflows

What is our primary use case?

I use Google Chat Workspace for our internal office communication. We also use Slack, but most of the time, we prefer Google Chat Workspace for internal team communication. Most of the time, we share files through the link by providing the Google Sheets link to another user.

What is most valuable?

I am working with multiple users in the same sheet at the same time. This feature is really amazing for all of us because we are working from different places but in the same sheet at the same time. This feature is very helpful for our team. Google Chat Workspace is an amazing product and right now I am satisfied with all the features. I cannot notice any feature that needs to be customized or any change.

What needs improvement?

I think there are some issues like when I share any photo, it's working very slow and the other end partner receives it after a few seconds. It's time-consuming. I would prefer if any documents or files we share with Google Chat Workspace could be smoother, similar to Zoom. That is my preference for improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I use Google Chat Workspace around the last two years regularly.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I am not working with KnowBe4 right now. I quit from my past job and right now in my job, I have no need for this type of similar product or tools.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I use several tools such as Trulioo, Onfido, LexisNexis, and this type of KYC tools along with some general hub tools. Those tools are Onfido, Trulioo Result, and LexisNexis.

What other advice do I have?

I also use some Google products, such as Google Sheets and Google Chat Workspace. I also use every office tool from Google regularly.

I use every product in general for office purposes from Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.

I integrate a few third-party apps for our necessary needs such as calendar. I use this type of third-party app integrated with Google Chat Workspace for smooth communication and better productivity. I can mention third-party apps such as especially for calendar or Slack.
