We have a tool called CyberArk. From CyberArk, I take the link and open it from this solution. It links to AD, the domain controller, enabling us to connect to Google Cloud Platform.

The most valuable features in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management include Smart Access control, which automatically detects permissions, and rightsizing. Cloud Identity facilitates access to Google Cloud, and the governance policies are good. I also find the programmatic command line features, such as the G Cloud command-line tool, valuable as it simplifies tasks and makes them easy to manage.

As of now, I did not find anything that needs improvement. Google's solution started four years ago, and I've only been working more comprehensively with it for two years. It's not bad, it is actually good.

I have been working on Google Cloud Identity and Access Management for four years.

I cannot comment on the stability as I am in the process of moving our VMs to Google Cloud Platform. I have moved five to six clients, amounting to 50 to 60 VMs. I did not have the time to gauge the full stability yet.

I would rate the scalability as eight. The documentation is excellent and allows me to set up Google Cloud Identity and Access Management seamlessly. There is also flexibility in contacting the support team if needed.

Communication with the technical support was excellent. Although there weren't any significant challenges, they were very helpful.

Previously, I used AWS. The switch to Google Cloud Platform was primarily driven by cost considerations, as GCP was less expensive.

The initial setup was fairly easy. I would rate it as eight out of ten, and the documentation was very helpful.

The Google Cloud Identity and Access Management deployment was handled by our InfoSec team.

I find Google Cloud Identity and Access Management's pricing to be on the expensive side, rating it as seven out of ten. However, if the price could be made cheaper as more clients are included, it would be beneficial.

For Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, I would rate it eight to eight and a half out of ten.

Google Cloud Identity and Access Management is required whenever I configure identity federation. For example, identities are federated from Azure cloud to Google Cloud. I configure the users' identities on Azure Active Directory, which is Microsoft Entra ID, and these users and groups are replicated in Google Cloud. Users in the Google Cloud environment get the same roles and permissions as Azure cloud users, enabling seamless identity and access management. Additionally, applications needing authentication via application service accounts leverage Google Cloud Identity and Access Management for roles and permissions, which is critical for workload identity federation.

Google Cloud Identity and Access Management integrates with other Google Cloud services like Security Command Center and Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy. These integrations enable visibility into threats and vulnerabilities and enhance security management. I find the ease of understanding and implementing roles significant, even for those with limited experience. This service helps streamline sorting out user issues and ensuring secure operations.

As of now, I do not feel any further improvement is necessary because Google keeps enhancing the service's features. However, it would be beneficial if Google developed specific AI services for Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, such as Radian One AI, Radiant Logic, and LLMs, for AI-based security measures in cloud IAM.

Implementing roles and permissions in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management takes just a few minutes and is straightforward.

I rate the stability of Google Cloud Identity and Access Management as ten out of ten, indicating high stability.

The scalability of Google Cloud Identity and Access Management is satisfactory. When new users are added to the organization through Azure AD, replicated roles and permissions are applied in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management. This process ensures growing organizations have seamless scalability.

I rate the technical support for Google Cloud Identity and Access Management at ten out of ten, which I consider high quality.

I recommend Google Cloud Identity and Access Management to others. Furthermore, if Google develops specific AI services for Google Cloud Identity and Access Management, creating more robust security options, it would be a valuable improvement. Overall, I rate the solution at ten out of ten.
