This solution was recommended to us and we saw it being demoed. It was just very attractive. Other people recommended it from other companies we have contracts with, such as Softcat. Other companies we deal with use it as well. Based on recommendation from other companies using it, it seemed like a good idea to get it. Make sure you do your research beforehand. Make sure you get a better understanding of the commands and the command lines. If we had that information in the beginning, we'd have made it a bit more seamless. Get more technical support for the set up.
