We've been very happy with the product, and have had good luck with them as far as not having any issues.

Despite its excellent Veeamware integration and scalability, areas for improvement include synchronized replication, costly support, and separate licensing. Enhanced monitoring, data security, and installation customization are needed. Legacy system lifecycle issues also pose challenges, particularly with sourcing spare parts.
