| Financial / IT Director at a manufacturing company with 501-1,000 employees | 3.5 | I value Hubble's budgeting and forecasting but am very concerned future development is ending, forcing me to migrate. The complicated initial setup was also an issue. Due to lack of future support, I advise against using it. |
| Group Manager - Accounts, Consolidation and Reporting at a construction company with 10,001+ employees | 3.5 | I value Hubble for live data and report design, saving hours of Excel work. However, I experience slow exports, cash flow issues, stability problems, and initial setup delays, despite good customer service. |
| Application Manager at a real estate/law firm | 4.5 | We've used Hubble for three years with no issues. It dramatically improved our reporting, offering speed, completeness, and ease of use, replacing Hyperion. Customer service is excellent. Our only minor concern is the new Insight pricing model. |
| Accounting Manager at a transportation company with 501-1,000 employees | 5.0 | I find Hubble excellent for fast, reliable financial reporting, greatly reducing report times. Setup was easy, and support is superb. My only concern is the potential annual maintenance cost, but the product constantly improves. |
| Assistant Controller at a financial services firm with 1,001-5,000 employees | 4.5 | I find the solution fast, flexible, and excellent for reducing errors, supported by a great team. My main improvement would be for Excel exports to include formulas, not just values, for better functionality. |
We use the Hubble budgeting tools for budgeting and forecasting.
Hubble provides faster calculations compared to Excel.
The most valuable features are both its budgeting and forecasting.
We have been advised by the owners that the budgeting tool is no longer going to be supported with future development, so my recommendation would be for them to continue to invest in development. Otherwise, at some point we will have to migrate to another technology.
I have been using Hubble for two years.
The stability is good.
Hubble's scalability is good.
We have about 30 users.
We won't have a chance to increase usage because we've been advised that they are no longer going to invest in development of the software.
Hubble's technical support is good.
We previously used Excel.
The initial setup is very complicated. It took two years.
We implemented with a consultant. They worked to our expectation but I think they underestimated the complexity of the deployment.
We have an annual license.
The fact that in a few years' time it is no longer going to be supported is a big concern. Therefore, I would advise against Hubble.
Additionally, I think we underestimated the time for deployment, we thought it would be a few months and it took much longer than expected because the consultants didn't understand our process in detail before committing to the process.
On a scale of one to ten, I would give Hubble a seven.
Live data reporting and ability to design reports without IT involvement.
We have saved hours of Excel work producing the same results, which Hubble gives in minutes.
Exporting to Excel takes a lot of time when broken into sheets/files. We could not get monthly cash flow right as the system doesn’t take the opening of cash balance from the previous month, instead it takes it from the beginning of the year.
Lack of dashboards in the desktop version and web version require additional investment.
Two years.
Yes, mostly while exporting to PDF, Excel breaks. Also, when the network connection is disabled, we face difficulty running reports even after reconnecting.
An eight out of 10.
We did not use a solution previously.
Not complicated, but was delayed beyond our expectations.
I have some reservations on the Console licensing.
Mostly Hyperion.
The implementation enables us to improve many things in JDE. My advice is to have JDE to be used as intended in best practices, the implementation of Hubble will be easier.
Reporting was dramatically improved. We can get the answer to practically any question quickly. All regular reporting comes from Hubble. All integrity issues are addressed using Hubble. It is all about speed, completeness, and ease of use.
I am not sure I understand the recently introduced new Insight pricing model. Otherwise, there are no areas of improvement at the present time.
We have been using this solution for three years.
There were no deployment issues.
There were no stability issues.
There were no scalability issues.
I occasionally raise service requests using the Hubble portal. My questions are usually about how to do something. We get the answer quickly from competent customer service people based in the UK.
Technical Support:Technical support is very good.
We used Hyperion, but it fell into disuse once Hubble was introduced. Hubble gives instant answers and is more user definable. It is also cheaper. We have now scrapped Hyperion.
It has a simple setup.
We used Insight consultants to do the installation. All reports were written by us.
I don't know what the ROI is.
I am not sure I understand the recently introduced new Insight pricing model. We only use Hubble, which queries our JDE database directly. We don't use Full Suite nor Analytics and Planning.
We did not evaluate other options. Hubble is the only reporting/enquiry tool specifically written for JDE.
Financial reporting, it's fast, reliable and very easy to use
We use to run Integrity reports overnight because it took too long. Now it's done in less than 10 minutes
Hubble keeps improving every day, they listen to their customers and react quickly. I can't think of anything that I wish Hubble can do better. The only thing I may add is that it can get a little pricey when you add annual maintenance.

Customer service is excellent.
Technical Support:Tech support is excellent, issues are resolved fast with a single call.
No previous product was used previously.
Very straightforward, done in record time with no issues, no down time.
Hubble did the implementation. They are highly professionals, true experts in their field.
Pay for what you need, use what you need, add at any time.
Hubble will truly blow you away once you get to know the product and the people behind it.
The speed and flexibility. Being able to create calculations, hierarchies, aging buckets, etc. has reduced the Excel reports we used to have.
We have reduced the number of errors by creating exception reports to catch setup issues before a transaction occurs. An example is a wrong GL class code on a new part number.
When exporting to Excel, it is values only. It would be nice to have the formulas exported or the ability to retrieve data into an Excel spreadsheet which already has formulas.
For example, a Hubble report may have a sum of a column at the bottom of the report. If I export the report to Excel, the sum is a static or fixed number. If I want to change a number in the column in Excel, the total doesn't change unless I add a formula. I don't know if it is possible for Hubble to export a report with a formula but it would be a nice feature, if they could.
Five years.
No.
Some but they were addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

Excellent.
Technical Support:Excellent.
