Enhanced security features provide robust control over access and permissions, while comprehensive reporting tools offer valuable insights and easy auditing. However, it has limited customization options, frequent manual interventions, occasional sync issues with Active Directory, inconsistent performance during peak hours, and lacks detailed reporting features.
