How has it helped my organization?
Infrascale Cloud Backup has positively impacted our organization because we performed a couple of restores and the process was very helpful and straightforward. The restore process helped our clients by saving time and preventing loss. We had accidentally removed one of the files and were able to recover it very quickly and have it up and running in less than 30 minutes.
What is most valuable?
The best features Infrascale Cloud Backup offers are a quick, dependable, and secure site. The backup speed is notably fast. Reporting is excellent with Infrascale Cloud Backup as I receive emails on a daily basis, the interface is easy to use, and it uses only a couple of services, which makes it easier for us to manage.
What needs improvement?
One of the issues we ran into with Infrascale Cloud Backup is compression. Infrascale Cloud Backup does not support compression for the cloud when performing backups, which is one of the crucial things we needed for some of our clients.
Pricing would be helpful for Infrascale Cloud Backup. Compared to other vendors and other cloud solutions, it is more expensive. If the prices improve and Infrascale Cloud Backup enables compression, that will help us considerably.

The scalability of Infrascale Cloud Backup is decent. Scalability is not the reason we are moving up as it goes, but it has been helpful for us to a certain point.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support of Infrascale Cloud Backup is great. Customer support was very highly professional.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We used different solutions in the past. One of the reasons we moved away was because they were getting too expensive for us and for our clients. We moved for cost purposes, hoping that compression would be enabled as per the sales rep.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Infrascale Cloud Backup was decent in the beginning. However, it gets more expensive down the line as we added terabytes.

Money-wise, in the beginning, using Infrascale Cloud Backup provided good savings as the storage was low. The more storage we started adding, the more expensive it became for us to handle.

Before choosing Infrascale Cloud Backup, we did not evaluate other options because we were in a hurry to move out of the other services, so we did not compare too much.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Infrascale Cloud Backup is that if they are looking for great support and decent pricing, Infrascale Cloud Backup is a good choice if you have a small amount of storage that needs to be uploaded. If you have very large storage requirements, it can become more expensive, and there is no compression feature that helps to compress the data. I would rate this product a 9 overall.
