My main use case for Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is from an ITSM perspective, focusing on day-to-day activities and incident management, release management, change management, and service requests. We use it to support the client for their day-to-day issues.
For incident management or release management, we use Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management to work with our developers and the change team, where developers submit their tickets and requests in the event. We perform some automation and use AI to validate their tickets and what they actually want to release, whether they want to automate it or if it is manual deployment or automated deployment. All changes they are going to deploy are associated with this ticket. We also validate all items related to the summary, the content, test dividends, and what approvals we need to approve the ticket.
We use Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management to create dashboards that give clear clarity about day-to-day issues and incidents and who is working on what. We also use it for automation by extracting data to share reports through the client regarding their status on day-to-day issues and upcoming pending requests for priority ones, such as P1, P2, and P3. This is how we manage the SLA and provide prompt support on the issues to the client.
What is most valuable?
Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management offers features that are user-friendly, best to use, and not very complex. We can easily create a ticket and assign it to multiple teams and escalate it. We can also enter messages and comments, so end to end, it is a very easy tool for incident management or as an ITSM tool.
Regarding what makes it user-friendly, mainly when we raise the ticket, it automates and generates the alert. A ticket has been created, and through email, it has the functionality to record the user message and the client message. If something is pending or if they want to change any subject or requirement, users can add anything through email as well. Through email, they can directly open the tool for their ticket.
Feature-wise, it is easy to move to other modules to see the history and look for assigned tickets, and we can easily navigate through the tool. If there is any issue or a kind of priority ticket that is pending for a sign, it has the functionality to give a sideline, indicating these tickets are pending or that we need to take action promptly in the tool. This feature is good.
Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management impacts my organization positively, mainly through interaction with the client for day-to-day issues, particularly for P1, P2, and P3. Sometimes based on the priority basis, they revert on the ticket and respond. I work with the ION client, and that has been great. They share proper descriptions of what actions or resolutions will be there to resolve the issues. They also share complete BAM files to provide support at that level. It is more friendly and easy to interact with the tool and the client because it works end to end, and we promptly receive updates for P1. For P2 and P3, it takes sometimes six hours or one day, depending on who is available for support.
The positive impact for P1 issues, where servers go down and we are unable to open the environment, is that we raise the P1 ticket to the client so they can take remediation and provide proper RCA and support on that. Basically, for the P1 ticket, they support promptly, and that feature is great because they are available twenty-four-seven to provide the support.

Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management provides a comprehensive system of record for asset, vulnerability, service, and relationship data. It records vulnerabilities and assets and the content for the tickets we raise. It also supports asset management and gives more clarity on particular assets, providing complete information that is easy to record, maintain, and update the status. The service is good, and concerning relationship data, we can relate multiple tables, and there are no issues. Syncing works fine. Sometimes we need to restart the server to log in for a new session, which is fine.
The end-to-end remediation process of Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management impacts the reduction of risks within my IT environment, particularly when we walk through the release ticket. We assess all the risks, and we have change management questionnaires. We validate all items and try to reduce risk by assessing based on automation, checking the code, reading the ticket to see what the user wants to release, and confirming approvals before proceeding with deployment. This helps maintain the ticket and fulfill audit and compliance requirements.
What needs improvement?
To improve Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management, I would suggest adding a feature to generate reports or extract some tickets for release data or day-to-day reports, which would be great. Sometimes there is a lag with the environment, and we need to refresh before using it. If we can improve that, it would be great.
Regarding needed improvements, the tool is working fine, but when we work with the client and provide support, there is a support team at the end. Sometimes they take time to provide proper remediation, and they look for the code and need more details from us. Sometimes this takes maybe one day or two, and we lose some priority SLAs. We would recommend that for P1, it should be resolved within two hours, but sometimes there are circumstances when it goes to six hours or even a day. That is a point for improvement.

I have used Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management at Infosys Limited for around one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There are no additional improvements needed for Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management beyond what we have discussed. Everything works well with Azure, and it is mainly on the cloud. Sometimes it requires a restart, which is also possible. Earlier it was hybrid, but recently it is on the cloud side and easy to maintain the tool and access it. We have not seen any downtime. Sometimes it is running slow, but that is fine.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is stable and highly scalable. Whenever we need to add assets or functionality, it is easy to do so.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support for Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is really great. We receive good feedback on ticket management and maintaining inventory assets very well. We have not seen any issues. It provides clear reports and clean data.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have not used a different solution because we have this tool. It works great and provides end-to-end functionality.
What was our ROI?
I have not worked on the return on investment aspect since we have separate teams for pricing and investments. However, at the end, it is really helpful when systems are up to date with licenses, with no glitches and no pending services, as it saves time and money in day-to-day activities.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing for Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is that it is based on the per asset model. We need to buy licenses based on the assets, and some approvals are required for that. If any licenses are failing, we share updates with users for alerting. Once we have the licenses, we update them, which has been good. The pricing part is mainly handled by management and the costing team.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We have not evaluated other options before choosing Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management because it is company assets and software we use for whole asset management, operations, and day-to-day issues, including lease management and change management. This is the only tool we have to provide client support.
What other advice do I have?
Regarding Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management's AI capabilities, I think it is more secure with Microsoft. We log in through the Microsoft Authenticator and through email, and we do not bypass security. I would say it is great and fits well. For governance, if we can maintain security or check monthly who is logged in, at what time, and when they log out, it would save a lot of time and money. It will also give us clarity on how many users log in for a day, which helps to manage security.
Assessing the trust-building process of Ivanti's AI from assist to advise to full automation, I find that sometimes if the process is not clear or if the end to end process to build automation is not clear, it is difficult, and we face challenges. Once we have clarity, it becomes easier to build that automation.
Ivanti's unified platform for IT and security operations helps streamline processes effectively. It works fine with IT systems and asset management and is also good for security in day-to-day operations, detailing how we work for the client. It records complete history across multiple environments, noting what was done and what resolution we are looking for. It is a great tool for managing IT security and operations.
We use the feature that consolidates devices, risks, and services data into one view. In the dashboard, we see complete asset information, their status, and risks. Based on this, when an asset is expiring or pending from the user side, we take necessary actions. It connects with the network to check vulnerabilities, software status, compliance with the tool or assets, and how we can escalate issues to the next level, especially if there are any services in the red. This feature is really helpful.
My advice for others looking into using Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is that it will be helpful for managing asset management and day-to-day operations, covering all functionalities used for operational management across all environments. Companies and clients looking for a good tool will find Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management to be a great asset.
Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management is a great tool for managing our team and company assets. For the client, it provides timely reports and clean data, and it is really working fine. If any enhancements are required for improvements, there are times when we experience glitches where we cannot refresh data, which is fine. However, if we receive vulnerabilities issues in a timely manner, such as a month in advance, we can take actions promptly since updating software and removing vulnerabilities requires time for getting approvals. I would rate my overall experience with Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management as a nine out of ten.
